Description

冷凍機油組合物、冷凍機
本發明係關於一種冷凍機油組合物、冷凍機用作動流體組合物、含有酯系基油、環氧化合物及碳二醯亞胺化合物之組合物於冷凍機油或冷凍機用作動流體組合物中之用途、用以製造冷凍機油組合物或冷凍機用作動流體組合物之用途、以及冷凍機。
於冷藏室、空調裝置等之冷凍機中,與冷媒一併使用用以防止壓縮滑動部之摩擦、磨耗、老化之冷凍機油。作為該冷凍機油所要求之特性,可列舉:對冷媒之適合性、對冷凍機內之構件之適合性。
即,對冷凍機油要求冷媒存在下之潤滑性、熱穩定性、化學穩定性、冷媒相溶性以及與冷凍機內之構件接觸時不使該構件劣化等。因此,提出根據冷凍機內之構件之材質而使用適合構件之冷凍機油。例如,下述專利文獻1中揭示用以抑制尼龍等聚醯胺樹脂劣化之冷凍機油。

然而,冷凍機具備物理性質或化學性質不同之各種種類之構件,而難以藉由一種冷凍機油達成對該等構件之適合性。
尤其非常難以同時達成對含有聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯之構件之適合性與對含有氫化丙烯腈丁二烯橡膠之構件的適合性,於使用先前之冷凍機油之情形時,無法充分地抑制該等構件之兩者之劣化。又,該等劣化之程度亦根據冷媒之種類而有所不同,上述構件之劣化有於使用氟丙烯冷媒下變顯著之傾向。
本發明係鑒於上述實情而成者,目的在於提供一種於使用氟丙烯冷媒下適合含有聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯之構件及含有氫化丙烯腈丁二烯橡膠之構件之任一者的冷凍機油組合物及冷凍機用作動流體組合物。
本發明提供一種冷凍機油組合物,其含有酯系基油、環氧化合物及碳二醯亞胺化合物,且於具備含有聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯之構件及/或含有氫化丙烯腈丁二烯橡膠之構件之冷凍機中該冷凍機油組合物可與含有氟丙烯之冷媒一起使用。
較佳為酯系基油包含季戊四醇與一元脂肪酸之酯及/或二季戊四醇與一元脂肪酸之酯。
較佳為酯系基油包含季戊四醇與2種以上之一元脂肪酸之混合物的酯及/或二季戊四醇與2種以上之一元脂肪酸之混合物的酯。
又,本發明提供一種冷凍機用作動流體組合物,其含有上述冷凍機油組合物與含有氟丙烯之冷媒,且可用於具備含有聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯之構件及/或含有氫化丙烯腈丁二烯橡膠之構件的冷凍機。
又,本發明亦可謂一種含有酯系基油、環氧化合物及碳二醯亞胺化合物之組合物的用途,其係用於冷凍機油組合物或冷凍機用作動流體組合物者,冷凍機油組合物於具備含有聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯之構件及/或含有氫化丙烯腈丁二烯橡膠之構件的冷凍機中可與含有氟丙烯之冷媒一起使用,冷凍機用作動流體組合物含有冷凍機油組合物與 含有氟丙烯之冷媒,且可用於具備含有聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯之構件及/或含有氫化丙烯腈丁二烯橡膠之構件的冷凍機。
又,本發明亦可謂一種含有酯系基油、環氧化合物及碳二醯亞胺化合物之組合物之用途,其係用以製造冷凍機油組合物或冷凍機用作動流體組合物者,冷凍機油組合物於具備含有聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯之構件及/或含有氫化丙烯腈丁二烯橡膠之構件的冷凍機中可與含有氟丙烯之冷媒一起使用,冷凍機用作動流體組合物含有冷凍機油組合物與含有氟丙烯之冷媒,且可用於具備含有聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯之構件及/或含有氫化丙烯腈丁二烯橡膠之構件的冷凍機。
又,本發明提供一種冷凍機,其具備具有壓縮機、冷凝器、膨脹機構及蒸發器之冷媒循環系統,冷媒循環系統具有含有聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯之構件及/或含有氫化丙烯腈丁二烯橡膠之構件,冷媒循環系統中填充有含有酯系基油、環氧化合物及碳二醯亞胺化合物之冷凍機油組合物與含有氟丙烯之冷媒。
根據本發明,可提供一種於使用氟丙烯冷媒下適合含有聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯之構件及含有氫化丙烯腈丁二烯橡膠之構件之任一者的冷凍機油組合物及冷凍機用作動流體組合物。

以下,對本發明之較佳實施形態詳細地進行說明。
本實施形態之冷凍機油組合物含有酯系基油、環氧化合物及碳二醯亞胺化合物,於具備含有聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯之構件及/或含有氫化丙烯腈丁二烯橡膠之構件的冷凍機中可與含有氟丙烯之冷媒一起使用。
又,本實施形態之冷凍機用作動流體組合物含有包含酯系基油、環氧化合物及碳二醯亞胺化合物之冷凍機油組合物與含有氟丙烯之冷媒,可用於具備含有聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯之構件及/或含有氫化丙烯腈丁二烯橡膠之構件的冷凍機。再者,本實施形態之冷凍機用作動流體組合物包含含有本實施形態之冷凍機油組合物與含有氟丙烯之冷媒之態樣。
作為本實施形態之冷凍機油所含有之酯系基油,較佳為藉由多元醇(多元醇)與單羧酸(一元脂肪酸)之酯化反應所得之多元醇酯、多元醇與單羧酸及多元羧酸之複合酯、多元醇及一元醇與多元羧酸之複合酯或者該等之混合物等。
作為上述多元醇,較佳為新戊二醇、三羥甲基丙烷、季戊四醇、二季戊四醇等新戊基多元醇。作為上述單羧酸,較佳為碳數4~10之單羧酸,具體而言,可列舉:正丁酸、正戊酸、正己酸、正庚酸、正辛酸、正壬酸、正癸酸、異丁酸、異戊酸、異己酸、異庚酸、2-乙基戊酸、2-甲基己酸、異辛酸、2-乙基己酸、異壬酸、3,5,5-三甲基己酸、異癸酸等。作為上述多元羧酸,較佳為丙二酸、琥珀酸、戊二酸、己二酸、庚二酸、辛二酸、壬二酸等二羧酸。作為構成上述酯之醇及羧酸,醇及羧酸可分別使用各1種,醇及羧酸之任一者或兩者亦可併用2種以上。
作為酯系基油,具體而言,例如可較佳地使用以下酯及以下酯之混合物。
季戊四醇與2-甲基丙烷酸/3,5,5-三甲基己酸之混合酸(以莫耳比計為1/9~9/1)之酯。
新戊二醇與2-乙基己酸/3,5,5-三甲基己酸之混合酸(以莫耳比計為1/9~9/1)之酯。
二季戊四醇與2-乙基己酸/3,5,5-三甲基己酸之混合酸(以莫耳比計 為1/9~9/1)之酯。
使己二酸與三羥甲基丙烷反應而獲得酯中間物,進而使2-乙基己醇與所得之酯中間物反應,利用蒸餾去除殘留之未反應物所獲得之酯(以莫耳比計,三羥甲基丙烷為5~40莫耳%,己二酸為20~60莫耳%,2-乙基己醇為20~60莫耳%)。
季戊四醇與正戊酸/正庚酸/3,5,5-三甲基己酸之混合酸(以莫耳比計,正戊酸為20~60莫耳%,正庚酸為20~60莫耳%,3,5,5-三甲基己酸為5~40莫耳%)之酯。
本實施形態之冷凍機油組合物亦可含有除酯系基油以外之基油。作為該基油,可使用公知之礦物油或合成油,較佳為使用醚系基油。
作為醚系基油,可使用各種醚系基油,作為代表性之醚系基油,可列舉下述通式(1)所表示之聚醚化合物。
[式(1)中,X表示自單元醇或多元醇去除羥基所得之形式之烴基,A表示碳數2~4之伸烷基,R1表示氫原子或碳數1~10之烷基,m表示X之價數,n表示2以上之整數]
式(1)中,(AO)n表示氧基伸乙基、氧基伸丙基及氧基伸丁基之1種或2種以上作為整體連結n個而成者,(AO)n中之各氧基伸烷基可以所需之順序排列。
於本實施形態中,基油之含有比率以冷凍機油組合物總量為基準,較佳為20質量%以上,更佳為40質量%以上。酯系基油之含有比率以基油總量為基準,較佳為20質量%以上,更佳為40質量%以上。
本實施形態之冷凍機油組合物除上述基油外亦含有環氧化合物與碳二醯亞胺化合物。
作為環氧化合物,並無特別限制,可列舉:縮水甘油醚型環氧化合物、縮水甘油酯型環氧化合物、環氧乙烷化合物、烷基環氧乙烷化合物、脂環式環氧化合物、環氧化脂肪酸單酯、環氧化植物油等。
作為縮水甘油醚型環氧化合物,例如可使用下述通式(2)所表示之芳基縮水甘油醚型環氧化合物或烷基縮水甘油醚型環氧化合物。

作為式(2)所表示之縮水甘油醚型環氧化合物,較佳為正丁基苯基縮水甘油醚、異丁基苯基縮水甘油醚、第二丁基苯基縮水甘油醚、第三丁基苯基縮水甘油醚、戊基苯基縮水甘油醚、己基苯基縮水甘油醚、庚基苯基縮水甘油醚、辛基苯基縮水甘油醚、壬基苯基縮水甘油醚、癸基苯基縮水甘油醚、癸基縮水甘油醚、十一烷基縮水甘油醚、十二烷基縮水甘油醚、十三烷基縮水甘油醚、十四烷基縮水甘油醚、2-乙基己基縮水甘油醚。
若R2所表示之烷基之碳數為5以上,則可確保環氧化合物之穩定性,可抑制環氧化合物於與水分、脂肪酸、氧化降解物反應前分解或發生環氧化合物彼此聚合之自聚合的情況,從而容易獲得目標功能。另一方面,若R2所表示之烷基之碳數為18以下,則可良好地保持與冷媒尤其是氫氟碳冷媒之溶解性,可於冷凍裝置內析出冷媒從而不易發生冷卻不良等不良情況。
又,作為縮水甘油醚型環氧化合物,除式(2)所表示之環氧化合物以外,亦可使用新戊二醇二縮水甘油醚、三羥甲基丙烷三縮水甘油醚、季戊四醇四縮水甘油醚、1,6-己二醇二縮水甘油醚、山梨糖醇聚縮水甘油醚、聚伸烷基二醇單縮水甘油醚、聚伸烷基二醇二縮水甘油醚等。
作為縮水甘油酯型環氧化合物,例如可使用下述通式(3)所表示者。
[式(3)中,R3表示芳基、碳數5~18之烷基或烯基]
作為式(3)所表示之縮水甘油酯型環氧化合物,較佳為苯甲酸縮水甘油酯、新癸酸縮水甘油酯、2,2-二甲基辛酸縮水甘油酯、丙烯酸縮水甘油酯、甲基丙烯酸縮水甘油酯。
若R3所表示之烷基之碳數為5以上,則可確保環氧化合物之穩定性,且可抑制環氧化合物於與水分、脂肪酸、氧化降解物反應前分解或發生環氧化合物彼此聚合之自聚合之情況,從而容易獲得目標功能。另一方面,若R3所表示之烷基或烯基之碳數為18以下,則可良好地保持與冷媒尤其是氫氟碳冷媒之溶解性,可於冷凍機內析出冷媒從而不易發生冷卻不良等不良情況。
脂環式環氧化合物係指下述通式(4)所表示之具有構成環氧基之碳原子直接構成脂環式環之部分結構的化合物。

作為脂環式環氧化合物,例如較佳為1,2-環氧環己烷、1,2-環氧環戊烷、3',4'-環氧環己基甲基-3,4-環氧環己烷羧酸酯、雙(3,4-環氧環己基甲基)己二酸酯、環外-2,3-環氧降烷、雙(3,4-環氧-6-甲基環己基甲基)己二酸酯、2-(7-氧雜雙環[4.1.0]庚-3-基)-螺(1,3-二烷-5,3'-[7]氧雜雙環[4.1.0]庚烷、4-(1'-甲基環氧乙基)-1,2-環氧-2-甲基環己烷、4-環氧乙基-1,2-環氧環己烷。
作為烯丙基環氧乙烷化合物,可例示1,2-環氧苯乙烯、烷基-1,2-環氧苯乙烯等。
作為烷基環氧乙烷化合物,可例示1,2-環氧丁烷、1,2-環氧戊烷、1,2-環氧己烷、1,2-環氧庚烷、1,2-環氧辛烷、1,2-環氧壬烷、1,2-環氧癸烷、1,2-環氧十一烷、1,2-環氧十二烷、1,2-環氧十三烷、1,2-環氧十四烷、1,2-環氧十五烷、1,2-環氧十六烷、1,2-環氧十七烷、1,1,2-環氧十八烷、2-環氧十九烷、1,2-環氧二十烷等。
作為環氧化脂肪酸單酯,可例示經環氧化之碳數12~20之脂肪酸與碳數1~8之醇或酚或烷基苯酚的酯等。作為環氧化脂肪酸單酯,可較佳地使用環氧硬脂酸之丁酯、己酯、苄酯、環己酯、甲氧基乙酯、辛酯、苯酯及丁基苯酯。
作為環氧化植物油,可例示大豆油、亞麻仁油、棉籽油等植物油之環氧化合物等。
環氧化合物之含有比率以冷凍機油組合物總量為基準,較佳為0.1質量%以上且4.5質量%以下,更佳為0.5質量%以上且3.5質量%以下,進而較佳為1.0質量%以上且2.5質量%以下。若含有比率為上述下限值以上,則可抑制冷凍機油組合物之酸值上升。若含有比率為上 述上限值以下,則於將冷凍機油組合物與氟丙烯冷媒一起使用之情形時,亦可抑制含有聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯之構件及含有氫化丙烯腈丁二烯橡膠之構件劣化。
作為碳二醯亞胺化合物,並無特別限制,例如可使用二烷基碳二醯亞胺、二苯基碳二醯亞胺、雙(烷基苯基)碳二醯亞胺。
作為二烷基碳二醯亞胺,可列舉:二異丙基碳二醯亞胺、二環己基碳二醯亞胺等。
作為雙(烷基苯基)碳二醯亞胺,可列舉:二甲苯基碳二醯亞胺、雙(異丙基苯基)碳二醯亞胺、雙(二異丙基苯基)碳二醯亞胺、雙(三異丙基苯基)碳二醯亞胺、雙(丁基苯基)碳二醯亞胺、雙(二丁基苯基)碳二醯亞胺、雙(壬基苯基)碳二醯亞胺等。
碳二醯亞胺化合物之含有比率以冷凍機油組合物總量為基準,較佳為0.01質量%以上且1質量%以下,更佳為0.05質量%以上且0.5質量%以下。若含有比率為上述下限值以上,則冷凍機油組合物之穩定性進一步提昇。若含有比率為上述上限值以下,則可抑制源自長期使用之添加劑之沈澱物之產生。
冷凍機油組合物於40℃下之動黏度較佳為可設為3~1000mm2/s,更佳為可設為4~500mm2/s,進而較佳為可設為5~400mm2/s。冷凍機油組合物於100℃下之動黏度較佳為可設為1~100mm2/s,更佳為可設為2~50mm2/s。本發明中之動黏度意指依據JIS K2283:2000所測定之動黏度。
冷凍機油組合物之流動點較佳為可設為-10℃以下,更佳為可設為-20℃以下。本發明中之流動點意指依據JIS K2269-1987所測定之流動點。
冷凍機油組合物之體積電阻率較佳為可設為1.0×109Ω.m以上,更佳為可設為1.0×1010Ω.m以上,進而較佳為可設為1.0×1011Ω.m 以上。尤其是於用於密閉型冷凍機用之情形時,電絕緣性較高,因此較佳。本發明中之體積電阻率意指依據JIS C2101:1999所測定之25℃下之體積電阻率。
冷凍機油組合物之水分含量以冷凍機油組合物總量為基準,較佳為可設為200ppm以下,更佳為可設為100ppm以下,進而較佳為可設為50ppm以下。尤其是於用於密閉型冷凍機用之情形時,就對冷凍機油組合物之熱穩定性、化學穩定性或電絕緣性之影響之觀點而言,較佳為水分含量較少。
冷凍機油組合物之酸值較佳為可設為10.0mgKOH/g以下,更佳為可設為1.0mgKOH/g以下,進而較佳為可設為0.1mgKOH/g以下。冷凍機油組合物之羥值較佳為可設為50.0mgKOH/g以下,更佳為可設為30.0mgKOH/g以下,進而較佳為可設為10.0mgKOH/g以下。若冷凍機油之酸值及羥值為上述範圍內,則就防止冷凍機或配管所使用之金屬之腐蝕及防止冷凍機油組合物所含有之酯分解的觀點而言較佳。本發明中之酸值意指依據JIS K2501:2003所測定之酸值。本發明中之羥值意指依據JIS K0070-1992所測定之羥值。
冷凍機油組合物之灰分就提高冷凍機油組合物之熱穩定性、化學穩定性並抑制沈澱物等之產生之觀點而言,較佳為可設為100ppm以下,更佳為可設為50ppm以下。本發明中之灰分意指依據JIS K2272:1998所測定之灰分。
於本實施形態中,為了賦予綜合性能,可於無損冷凍機油組合物之特性之範圍內對冷凍機油組合物適當添加如以下之添加劑或其他公知之添加劑。
抗磨耗劑:硫系、磷系、硫代磷酸鋅系等。
抗氧化劑:酚系、胺系、磷系等。
金屬減活劑:苯并三唑(衍生物)、噻二唑、二硫代胺基甲酸酯 等。
油性劑:高級脂肪酸類、醇、胺等。
消泡劑:聚矽氧油等。
本實施形態之冷凍機油組合物可與含有氟丙烯之冷媒一起使用,又,本實施形態之冷凍機用作動流體組合物含有包含氟丙烯之冷媒。
作為氟丙烯冷媒,較佳為氟數為3~5之氟丙烯,較佳為1,2,3,3,3-五氟丙烯(HFO-1225ye)、1,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(HFO-1234ze)、2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯(HFO-1234yf)、1,2,3,3-四氟丙烯(HFO-1234ye)及3,3,3-三氟丙烯(HFO-1243zf)中之任1種或2種以上之混合物。就冷媒物性之觀點而言,較佳為選自HFO-1225ye、HFO-1234ze及HFO-1234yf中之1種或2種以上。
與本實施形態之冷凍機油組合物一起使用之冷媒亦可含有除氟丙烯以外之冷媒。作為除氟丙烯以外之冷媒,可例示飽和氫氟碳冷媒、全氟醚類等含氟醚系冷媒;雙(三氟甲基)硫化物冷媒、三氟碘甲烷冷媒、二甲醚、二氧化碳、氨及烴等自然系冷媒。
本實施形態之冷凍機油組合物及冷凍機用作動流體組合物可較佳地用於具備含有聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯之構件及/或含有氫化丙烯腈丁二烯橡膠之構件的冷凍機。作為該冷凍機之具體例,可列舉:具有往返式或旋轉式壓縮機之車用空調、空調機、除濕器、冷藏室、冷凍室、冷凍冷藏室、自動販賣機、展示櫃、化學設備等之冷凍機。
以下,對上述冷凍機進一步詳細地進行說明。圖1係表示冷凍機之構成之一例之概略圖。如圖1所示,冷凍機10至少具備於流路6中依序連接有壓縮機1、冷凝器2、膨脹機構4及蒸發器5之冷媒循環系統。冷媒循環系統可進而具備乾燥器3。又,冷媒循環系統具有含有聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯之構件及/或含有氫化丙烯腈丁二烯橡膠之構件。
於壓縮機1內,於高溫(通常70~120℃)條件下少量之冷媒與大量之冷凍機油組合物共存。自壓縮機1噴出至流路6之冷媒為氣體狀,且以霧之形式含有少量(通常1~10%)之冷凍機油組合物,該霧狀冷凍機油組合物中溶解有少量之冷媒(圖1中之點a)。其次,於冷凝器2內,氣體狀冷媒被壓縮而成為高密度之流體,於相對高溫(通常為50~70℃左右)條件下大量之冷媒與少量之冷凍機油共存(圖1中之點b)。而且,大量之冷媒與少量之冷凍機油之混合物被依序送至乾燥器3、膨脹機構4、蒸發器5而急遽成為低溫(通常-40~0℃)(圖1中之點c、d),再次被返送至壓縮機1。
作為壓縮機1,亦可使用外部具有原動機之開放型壓縮機、及內部內置馬達之密閉型壓縮機之任一者。
作為開放型壓縮機,可列舉:活塞-曲軸式、活塞-斜板式等往返動式;旋轉活塞式、轉葉式、渦旋式、螺旋式等旋轉式等。作為外部原動機,可列舉引擎、馬達等,尤其是於車用空調之情形時,通常使用行駛用引擎作為外部原動機。
作為密閉型壓縮機,可例示高壓容器方式之壓縮機或低壓容器方式之壓縮機等,高壓容器方式之壓縮機係於貯存冷凍機油組合物之密閉容器內收納有包含轉子及固定子之馬達、嵌著於轉子上之旋轉軸及經由該旋轉軸而連結於馬達之壓縮機部,且自壓縮機部噴出之高壓冷媒氣體滯留於密閉容器內;低壓容器方式之壓縮機係於貯存冷凍機油組合物之密閉容器內收納有包含轉子及固定子之馬達、嵌著於轉子上之旋轉軸及經由該旋轉軸而連結於馬達之壓縮機部,且自壓縮機部噴出之高壓冷媒氣體直接向密閉容器外排出。
乾燥器3中填充有例如包含矽酸、鋁酸鹼金屬複合鹽之合成沸石等乾燥劑。
於冷凍機10之冷媒循環系統中,含有聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯之構 件及/或含有氫化丙烯腈丁二烯橡膠之構件例如可用於壓縮機1內之絕緣部或用以防止壓縮機1中之冷媒及冷凍機油組合物滲出的密封材。
實施例
以下,基於實施例及比較例進行說明,但本發明並不限定於實施例。
於實施例1~16、比較例1~10及參考例1~2中,使用下述基油、添加劑而製備表1~5所示之組成之冷凍機油組合物,對所得之各冷凍機油組合物實施下述材料適合性試驗。將其結果示於表1~5。
(基油)
基油1:將(a1)季戊四醇與2-甲基丙烷酸/3,5,5-三甲基己酸之混合酸(以莫耳比計為1/1)的酯、及(b1)新戊二醇與2-乙基己酸/3,5,5-三甲基己酸之混合酸(以莫耳比計為1/1)的酯以(a1)50質量%(b1)50質量%之比率混合而成之酯基油
基油2:將(a2)季戊四醇與2-乙基己酸/3,5,5-三甲基己酸之混合酸(以莫耳比計為1/1)的酯、及(b2)二季戊四醇與2-乙基己酸/3,5,5-三甲基己酸之混合酸(以莫耳比計為1/1)的酯以(a2)75質量%(b2)25質量%之比率混合而成之酯基油
基油3:使己二酸(2.4莫耳)與三羥甲基丙烷(1莫耳)反應而獲得酯中間物,進而使2-乙基己醇(2.0莫耳)與該酯中間物反應,以蒸餾去除殘留之未反應物所獲得的酯基油
基油4:季戊四醇與正戊酸/正庚酸/3,5,5-三甲基己酸之混合酸(以莫耳比計為40/40/20)之酯基油
(添加劑) (A)環氧化合物
A1:新癸酸縮水甘油酯
A2:2-乙基己基縮水甘油醚
A3:1,2-環氧十四烷

(材料適合性試驗)
於將水分含量調整為500ppm之冷凍機油組合物80g及2,3,3,3-四氟丙烯冷媒(HFO-1234yf)20g之混合物中添加1片氫化丙烯腈丁二烯橡膠(H-NBR)製或聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)製之短條而獲得試樣,將試樣於200ml之高壓釜中於150℃下加熱200小時。加熱結束後測定冷凍機油組合物之酸值,又,對H-NBR製及PET製之短條測定拉伸強度,並算出由下述式定義之拉伸強度變化率(%)。
拉伸強度變化率[%]=(試驗後之短條之拉伸強度/試驗前之短條之拉伸強度)×100
試驗中使用之H-NBR製、PET製之短條為分別成型為以下形狀者。
H-NBR:縱×橫×厚度=5cm×2cm×0.2cm
PET:縱×橫×厚度=5cm×2cm×300μm
酸值係依據JIS K2501「石油製品及潤滑油-中和試驗方法」測定,拉伸強度係依據JIS K6251測定。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種冷凍機油組合物,其含有酯系基油、環氧化合物及碳二醯亞胺化合物,且於具備含有聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯之構件及/或含有氫化丙烯腈丁二烯橡膠之構件的冷凍機中可與含有氟丙烯之冷媒一起使用。
  2. 如請求項1之冷凍機油組合物,其中上述酯系基油包含季戊四醇與一元脂肪酸之酯及/或二季戊四醇與一元脂肪酸之酯。
  3. 如請求項1或2之冷凍機油組合物,其中上述酯系基油包含季戊四醇與2種以上之一元脂肪酸之混合物的酯及/或二季戊四醇與2種以上之一元脂肪酸之混合物的酯。
  4. 一種含有酯系基油、環氧化合物及碳二醯亞胺化合物之組合物之用途,其係用於冷凍機組合物中者,且上述冷凍機油組合物於具備包含聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯之構件及/或包含氫化丙烯腈丁二烯橡膠之冷凍機中可與含有氟丙烯之冷媒一起使用。
  5. 一種含有酯系基油、環氧化合物及碳二醯亞胺化合物之組合物之用途,其係用以製造冷凍機油組合物者,且上述冷凍機油組合物於具備包含聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯之構件及/或包含氫化丙烯腈丁二烯橡膠之構件之冷凍機中可與含有氟丙烯之冷媒一起使用。
  6. 一種冷凍機,其具備具有壓縮機、冷凝器、膨脹機構及蒸發器之冷媒循環系統,且上述冷媒循環系統具有含有聚對苯二甲酸乙二酯之構件及/或含有氫化丙烯腈丁二烯橡膠之構件, 上述冷媒循環系統中填充有含有氟丙烯之冷媒與含有酯系基油、環氧化合物及碳二醯亞胺化合物之冷凍機油組合物。
