Abstract

本發明提供一種捆包材,其可防止運輸時之濕氣。又本發明構造成具有:由收容被捆包物之片材所形成之袋體、與配置於袋體之通氣孔的過濾器,又,過濾器具有:配置成可封住通氣孔且空氣可通過卻防止水與塵埃之進入的多孔性薄膜、與形成為可在多孔性薄膜內側包覆多孔性薄膜全面並將通過多孔性薄膜而進入之濕氣加以吸收的除濕層。

Description

捆包材 發明領域
本發明有關於一種捆包材,其是使用於精密機器等之捆包。
發明背景
使用於製造半導體元件之雷射振盪器等之精密機器是以非常高之精度來製造。故,當運輸時受到衝撃或是有塵埃等附著時,就會有無法發揮所期待之性能之虞。一般而言,用塑膠片材或衝撃吸收材等來捆包後,會收容於木箱或硬紙版箱等之運輸容器,藉此在運輸時保護精密機器。
然而,當用氣密性高之塑膠片材等之捆包材來捆包,並用空運等方法來運輸精密機器時,因捆包材內外所產生之氣壓差,捆包材就會破損。為了防止因氣壓差之破損,可考慮在捆包材開孔,但該方法並無法完全地防止朝精密機器之塵埃的附著。因此,檢討了將多孔性薄膜之過濾器(例如,參照專利文獻1)安裝於捆包材之通氣孔,防止塵埃之附著的情形下,來緩和捆包材內外所產生之氣壓差的構成。

發明概要
然而,上述精密機器大多不耐於濕氣。例如,在使用於製造半導體元件之雷射振盪器,因些許之濕度上昇亦會有不良產生之情況。由於上述多孔性薄膜之過濾器會與空氣一同使水蒸氣通過,因此對於防止運輸時之濕氣之目的並不算有效。
本發明是有鑑於此點而成者,目的在於提供一種捆包材,其可適切地防止運輸時之濕氣。
本發明之捆包材是由在捆包時由密封並收容被捆包物的片材所形成之袋體、在捆包時為了使該袋體內外通氣而形成於該袋體之通氣孔、及配置於該通氣孔之過濾器來構成,又,其特徵在於:該過濾器是由配置成可封住該通氣孔且空氣可通過卻防止水與塵埃之進入的多孔性薄膜、與在該多孔性薄膜內側包覆該多孔性薄膜全面來形成並將通過該多孔性薄膜而進入之濕氣加以吸收的除濕層來構成。
根據該構成,由於將過濾器配置於收容被捆包物之袋體的通氣孔,因此可防止朝袋體內部之水與塵埃的進 入,以及濕氣之進入,而該過濾器具有使空氣通過並防止水(液體)與塵埃之進入的多孔性薄膜、與將通過多孔性薄膜通過而進入之濕氣(氣體、水蒸氣)加以吸收的除濕層。藉此,可防止袋體內部之高度潮濕化。
根據本發明,可提供能適切地防止運輸時之濕氣的捆包材。

[圖1]是顯示本實施形態之捆包材之全體構成的示意圖。

以下,參照附加圖式,針對本發明之實施形態來說明。而,以下雖顯示使用於捆包雷射振盪器等之精密機器之捆包材的範例,但本發明之捆包材的用途並無特別地限定。
圖1是顯示本實施形態之捆包材之全體構成的示意圖。圖1中,顯示了將雷射振盪器等之被捆包物2加以捆包之捆包材1。如圖1所示,捆包材1具有:包裹大致直長方體狀之被捆包物2的袋體11、與安裝於袋體11之過濾器12。而,被捆包物2之形狀並無特別限定,亦可為球狀、板狀等。
袋體11是將聚乙烯醇或聚乙烯等之合成樹脂的 片材(薄膜)加工成袋狀者,且構造成除了塵埃,亦不使水或油分(液體)、空氣或水蒸氣(氣體)等通過。被捆包物2之捆包時,從袋體11之口部(不圖示)將被捆包物2朝袋體11插入,並將該當口部用加熱封(熱封:heat seal)等之方法來封閉。如上所述,包裹被捆包物2並將袋體11密封,藉此可防止朝被捆包物2之塵埃、水或油分等的附著。
圖2是顯示本實施形態之捆包材所使用之過濾器之構成例的截面示意圖。如圖1與圖2所示,過濾器12在兩端部具備了具有開口部121a、121b之圓筒狀筐體121。筐體121與袋體11同樣地構造成不使塵埃、水或油分(液體)、空氣或水蒸氣(氣體)等通過。筐體121固定於袋體11之通氣孔111而使其中一端側之開口部121a露出於袋體11外側,並使另一端側之開口部121b定位於袋體11內側。筐體121之外周部121c與通氣孔111之內周部毫無間隙地連接著。
如圖2所示,筐體121之開口部121a設有封住開口部121a之多孔性薄膜122。多孔性薄膜122是具有使空氣或水蒸氣(氣體)等通過且不使水或油分(液體)、塵埃(固體)等通過之微細之孔的薄膜(片材)。作為上述多孔性薄膜122,可使用例如,PTFE(聚四氟乙烯)、聚三氟氯乙烯、四氟乙烯-六氟丙烯共聚物、四氟乙烯-乙烯共聚物等之氟化樹脂所形成之薄膜。
如上所述,過濾器12之開口部121a是用多孔性薄膜122來封住。藉此,就不會有塵埃(固體)、水或油分(液體)等通過過濾器12進入到袋體11內部之情形。另一方面,由 於多孔性薄膜122可使氣體通過,因此即使密封袋體11亦可通過過濾器12,而空氣可出入,來緩和袋體11之內部與外部的氣壓差。故,可防止運送時之氣壓差所引起之捆包材1的破損。
然而,空氣中之水分(濕氣、水蒸氣)與空氣一同通過多孔性薄膜,並進入到袋體內部。故,使用具有多孔性薄膜所構成之過濾器的捆包材時,在運送不耐濕氣之被捆包物時會成為問題。例如,在使用於製造半導體元件之雷射振盪器等,亦因些許之濕度上昇會有不良產生之情況。因此,本實施形態之捆包材1中,在通過過濾器12之多孔性薄膜122並朝袋體11流入之空氣的流路會配置除濕層123。
筐體121之開口部121b設有使空氣通過之網部124。筐體121內,在多孔性薄膜122與網部124所包夾之區域,配置了矽膠等之乾燥劑的除濕層123。具體而言,除濕層123形成為可包覆多孔性薄膜122與網部124全面。網部124之網目會細到除濕層123不會從筐體121脫落的程度。
如圖2中箭頭A所示,已通過多孔性薄膜122之空氣會通過筐體121內之除濕層123並朝袋體11內部供給。此時,由於將空氣中之濕氣用除濕層123除去,因此已充分乾燥之空氣會朝袋體11內部流入。其結果,可將袋體11內之濕度維持成足夠低。在袋體11內部之任意位置來配置乾燥劑的構成中,會有在通氣孔111周邊局部地高度潮濕化之虞,但本實施形態之構成中,由於朝袋體11內部流入之空 氣必定會用除濕層123來除濕,因此不用有此擔心。
而,筐體121具有預定之高度(與開口部121a到開口部121b之距離相當)而使流動於筐體121內之空氣的流路變得夠長。故,已通過多孔性薄膜122並朝筐體121內流入之空氣在流動於筐體121內之期間便可適切地除濕。又,由於筐體121之壁部構造成不使空氣通過,因此圖2中箭頭B所示之空氣的流動就不會產生。藉此,可將已通過多孔性薄膜122並朝筐體121內流入之空氣用除濕層123來適切除濕。
如上所述,本實施形態之捆包材1中,由於將過濾器12配置於收容被捆包物2之袋體11的通氣孔111,因此可防止朝袋體11內部之水(液體)與塵埃的進入、以及濕氣(水蒸氣)的進入,而該過濾器12是具有通過空氣並防止水(液體)與塵埃之進入的多孔性薄膜122、與將通過多孔性薄膜122而進入之濕氣(氣體、水蒸氣)加以吸收的除濕層124。藉此,可防止袋體11內部之高度潮濕化。
而,本發明不限定於上述實施形態之記載,可進行各種變更來實施。例如,為了更適切地防止朝被捆包物之塵埃等之附著,亦可使用在捆包材具有2片多孔性薄膜之過濾器。圖3是顯示過濾器之變形例的截面示意圖。圖3所示之過濾器13在兩端部具備具有開口部131a、131b之圓筒狀的筐體131。
筐體131之開口部131a設有封住開口部131a之多孔性薄膜132,且筐體131之開口部131b設有封住開口部 131b之多孔性薄膜134。在筐體131內,多孔性薄膜132、134所包夾之區域配置有除濕層133。即,變形例之過濾器13具有將上述實施形態之過濾器12的網部124置換成多孔性薄膜134的構成。由於該過濾器13在筐體131之兩端部個別具有多孔性薄膜132、134,因此利用2片多孔性薄膜可更加適切地防止朝袋體11內之塵埃等的進入。
上述實施形態中,顯示了將具有多孔性薄膜與除濕層之過濾器設於袋體的捆包材,但捆包材之構成不限於此。例如,取代袋體,可對用塑膠或金屬等所構成之具氣密性的硬殼,安裝過濾器來作為捆包材。
又,上述實施形態中,例示了具有1個過濾器之捆包材,但過濾器之數量可為任意。又,上述實施形態中,例示了具有圓筒狀之筐體的過濾器,但過濾器之形狀亦無限定。但,為了實現適當之除濕,宜為具有足夠高度的形狀。又,亦可在多孔性薄膜或網部之表側(與除濕層相反側)黏貼好可剝離之無通氣性的貼紙,在使用時將貼紙剝離。該構成中,可防止使用前之除濕層的劣化。

Claims (1)

  1. 一種捆包材,其是由:在捆包時由密封並收容被捆包物的片材所形成之袋體、在捆包時為了使該袋體內外通氣而形成於該袋體之通氣孔、及配置於該通氣孔之過濾器來構成,又,其特徵在於:該過濾器包含有:配置成可封住該通氣孔且空氣可通過卻防止水與塵埃之進入的多孔性薄膜、與在該多孔性薄膜內側包覆該多孔性薄膜全面來形成並可吸收通過該多孔性薄膜而進入之濕氣的除濕層。
