Description

一种包装袋 技术领域
本发明涉及包装领域,尤其涉及一种包装袋。
背景技术
目前的液晶显示行业中,液晶玻璃面板常采用水平堆叠的方式放于包装箱内,同时,液晶玻璃面板之间通过一层垫片将相邻的两片玻璃面板隔开,以起到缓冲作用,并防止在取片时相邻的液晶面板出现粘连。
液晶玻璃包装材料要求较高,需要使用的垫片表面无尘、无污渍或水渍,以避免液晶玻璃四周的端子或元件被污染或腐蚀,所以垫片需要使用防水防尘的密闭包装,现行的垫片采用塑料袋包装,然后采用胶带、或热压等方式封口。而塑料袋通常为聚乙烯袋,当袋口封闭后虽防止了外界粉尘或水渍的进入,却使袋子内外气流无法交换,不能及时调节袋子内部温湿度。当垫片被包装好后,在经过长途运输后中因车箱温度相对较高,容易使袋内垫片的表面常出现水渍,对液晶玻璃四周的端子或元件造成污染或腐蚀。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种具有防水透气效果的包装袋。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种包装袋,包括包装袋本体和至少一个膜片,所述包装袋本体上开设有至少一个通孔,所述膜片具有防水透气性,贴付于所述通孔表面。
其中,所述包装袋本体为聚乙烯材料。
其中,所述膜片包括一层第一膜片层,所述第一膜片层为发泡聚氨酯材料。
或者,所述膜片包括一层第一膜片层,所述第一膜片层为聚四氟乙烯材料层。
其中,所述膜片包括多层所述第一膜片层和设于两层所述第一膜片层之间 的干燥层。
其中,所述干燥层为防潮纸。
或者,所述干燥层为活性炭。
其中,所述膜片贴付于所述包装袋本体的内表面。
其中,所述膜片贴付于所述包装袋本体的侧面,所述侧面面积小于其它面。
本发明的包装袋具有良好防水性能以及透气性能,即使在比较高的温度环境下包装袋内也能保持清洁和干燥,有效地保护了包装袋内的物品。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
参阅图1,本发明提供了一种包装袋,包括包装袋本体10和膜片20,其中,包装袋本体上开设有至少一个通孔100,膜片20具有防水透气性,贴付于通孔100的表面。
本实施例的包装袋本体10为聚乙烯材料制成,通过胶带10封口。
如图2所示,包装袋本体10用于堆叠多层垫片200,为了实现膜片20的防水透气性,本实施例的膜片20为一层第一膜片层21,这里,第一膜片层21为发泡聚氨酯材料或者聚四氟乙烯材料层,这两种材料都具有良好的隔热透气性能,具体地,在使用发泡聚氨酯材料作为第一膜片层21时,该发泡材料具有若干微小的开孔,可以实现包装袋内外的空气交换,同时水汽和灰尘等不易进入袋内。
膜片20贴付于包装袋本体10的内表面,以防止被外力意外撕开膜片20使 包装袋内进入水汽。
可以理解的是,通孔100可以设置很多个,相应地,膜片20粘贴于对应的通孔100内表面。同时,至少一个膜片20贴付于包装袋本体10的侧面,且该侧面的面积小于其它面。当多个装有垫片200的包装袋10堆叠在面积比较大的面上时,该侧面没有被压住,可以与外界进行空气交换。
实施例2
如图3所示,为本实施例包装袋的局部结构示意图,与实施例1不同的是,本实施例的膜片20包括多层相同第一膜片层21和设于两层第一膜片层21之间的干燥层23。由于增加了干燥层23,为保证包装袋内外部空气的正常交换,本实施例中的第一膜片层21上的开孔可以比实施例1略大。其中,干燥层23为防潮纸或活性炭。通过这样的设置,即使有少量的外部水汽进入膜片20,干燥层23也可以进行吸收,避免其继续进入包装袋内部,具有很好的透气性的同时也可以更加有效地防止袋内产生水渍。
本发明实施例提供的包装袋通过在表面包装袋本体10的表面开设有通孔100,在该通孔100处对应设置有具有防水透气功能的膜片20,可以有效防止外部的灰尘及水汽进入袋内,同时,该膜片20具有良好的透气性能,使得包装袋内外能够正常的进行空气交换,防止包装袋内外温差过大形成水汽打湿垫片200。
以上所述仅是本申请的具体实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。

  1. 一种包装袋,包括包装袋本体和至少一个膜片,所述包装袋本体上开设有至少一个通孔,所述膜片具有防水透气性,贴付于所述通孔表面。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的包装袋,其中,所述包装袋本体为聚乙烯材料。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的包装袋,其中,所述膜片包括一层第一膜片层,所述第一膜片层为发泡聚氨酯材料。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的包装袋,其中,所述膜片包括多层所述第一膜片层和设于两层所述第一膜片层之间的干燥层。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的包装袋,其中,所述干燥层为防潮纸。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的包装袋,其中,所述干燥层为活性炭。
