Claims (14)
- 真空断熱パネルであって、
開放気孔材料のコア(1)と、
前記コア(1)を全ての側部について締り嵌めの完全なかつガス密の状態で包囲したエンクロージャ(2)とを有し、
前記エンクロージャ(2)は、少なくとも1つのガス密バリヤ層(3)を有する、真空断熱パネルにおいて、
前記エンクロージャ(2)は、前記バリヤ層(3)の外側上のあるいは前記バリヤ層(3)の外側上に設けられている中間層(4)上の耐熱材料の保護層(6)を、前記真空断熱パネルの外面の少なくとも1つの領域に有し、
前記耐熱保護層(6)は、マイカ粒子から実質的に成り、
前記マイカ粒子は、シート状キャリヤ材料上に付着され固定されている、真空断熱パネル。 - 前記エンクロージャ(2)は、前記バリヤ層(3)の内側上にプラスチックの封止層(5)を有し、前記封止層(5)は、前記コア(1)にあるいは少なくとも1つの内側中間層に当接している、請求項1記載の真空断熱パネル。
- 前記エンクロージャ(2)は、2つのシート状エンクロージャ部品から成り、前記シート状エンクロージャ部品は、前記封止層(5)が周方向に囲んで延びた状態で配置されるとともに封止によってガス密状態に互いに連結されている、請求項1または2記載の真空断熱パネル。
- 前記エンクロージャ(2)全体は、前記耐熱保護層(6)を備えている、請求項1〜3のうちいずれか一に記載の真空断熱パネル。
- 前記耐熱保護層(6)は、別個独立に取り扱い可能であり、さもなければ接着によって前記エンクロージャ(2)に永続的に連結される、フィルムとして構成されている、請求項1〜4のうちいずれか一に記載の真空断熱パネル。
- 前記マイカ粒子は、金雲母または白雲母を主成分とする、請求項1〜5のうちいずれか一に記載の真空断熱パネル。
- 前記シート状キャリヤ材料は、織成ガラス繊維、編成布、プラスチックのフィルム、またはPETフィルムである、請求項1〜6のうちいずれか一に記載の真空断熱パネル。
- 前記シート状キャリヤ材料は、前記バリヤ層(3)上に位置付けられた前記中間層(4)によって、マルチプライ形態の場合は最も外側のバリヤ層(3)上に位置付けられた前記中間層(4)によって形成されている、請求項1〜7のうちいずれか一に記載の真空断熱パネル。
- 前記マイカ粒子は、結合剤によって前記シート状キャリヤ材料上にあらかじめ固定されている、請求項1〜8のうちいずれか一に記載の真空断熱パネル。
- 前記シート状キャリヤ材料に付着させた前記マイカ粒子は、外側頂部層(6′)によって覆われるとともに固定されている、請求項1〜9のうちいずれか一に記載の真空断熱パネル。
- 前記耐熱保護層(6)の厚さは、20μm〜300μmである、請求項1〜10のうちいずれか一に記載の真空断熱パネル。
- 少なくとも1つのガス密バリヤ層(3)を備えた真空断熱パネル用のエンクロージャフィルムにおいて、
前記エンクロージャフィルムは、前記バリヤ層(3)の外側上のあるいは前記バリヤ層(3)の外側に位置付けられた中間層(4)上の耐熱材料の保護層(6)を有し、
前記耐熱保護層(6)は、マイカ粒子から実質的に成り、
前記マイカ粒子は、シート状キャリヤ材料上に付着され固定されている、エンクロージャフィルム。 - 前記マイカ粒子は、金雲母または白雲母を主成分とする、請求項12記載のエンクロージャフィルム。
- 前記マイカ粒子は、結合剤で固定されるとともに/あるいは外側頂部層(6′)によって覆われるとともに固定されている、請求項12または13記載のエンクロージャフィルム。
