Abstract

一种保温板封皮面料及其制备工艺,其保温板封皮面料包括从外到内依次复合的玻纤布层、第一铝箔层、PET层、第一尼龙层、第二铝箔层、第二尼龙层和PE层。本发明的优点是:保温板的最外侧采用玻纤布,起到了重要阻燃性能,抗划伤,抗刺穿性能,同时最外侧采用玻纤布其耐碱性,耐老化性能大大提高。本发明保温板封皮料采用了双层铝箔双层尼龙,提高了保温板用封皮料的不透气性,保证了真空绝热板的真空度的维持时间。从而保证了真空绝热板的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保温板封皮面料及其制备工艺。
背景技术
现有技术存在的易老化、使用寿命短、着火和易燃的问题。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种保温板封皮面料及其制备工艺,以解决现有技术存在的易老化、使用寿命短、着火和易燃的问题。
本发明的技术方案是:一种保温板封皮面料,其特征在于,包括从外到内依次复合的玻纤布层、第一铝箔层、PET层、第一尼龙层、第二铝箔层、第二尼龙层和PE层。
所述的玻纤布的规格为20-500g/m2;第一铝箔层和第二铝箔层的厚度均为5-20微米;PET的厚度为8-30微米;第一尼龙层和第二尼龙层的厚度均为8-30微米;PE层的厚度为30-200微米。
一种权利要求1所述的保温板封皮面料的制备工艺,其特征在于,操作步骤包括:
(1)首先将所述的玻纤布层与第一铝箔层复合,具体复合方法或过程是:
在第一铝箔上涂抹溶剂型或水性胶,然后将玻纤布层铺在溶剂型或水性胶上,并在40-200℃的温度下进行挤压复合,形成第一层复合体; 
(2)将第一层复合体与PET层的一侧复合;具体复合采用高速干式复合,先用胶辊在PET膜的一侧涂上一层粘合剂,粘合剂的用量控制在1.5-10g/m2之内 ,将涂有粘合剂的PET膜通过40-200℃的热风烘箱将大部分的溶剂挥发掉之后,再将PET膜涂有粘合剂的一侧与第一层复合体通过辊子挤压再复合成第二层复合体;
(3)将第二层复合体的PET层的另一侧与第一尼龙层的一侧复合;具体复合方法同(2),制得第三层复合体;
(4)将第三层复合体的第一尼龙层的另一侧与第二铝箔层的一侧复合;具体复合方法同(2),制得第四层复合体;
(5)将第四层复合体的第二铝箔层的另一侧与第二尼龙层的一侧复合,具体复合方法同(2),制得第五层复合体;
(6)将第五层复合体的尼龙层的另一侧与PE复合,具体复合方法同(2)。
本发明的优点是:保温板的最外侧采用玻纤布,起到了重要阻燃性能,抗划伤,抗刺穿性能,同时最外侧采用玻纤布其耐碱性,耐老化性能大大提高。本发明保温板封皮料采用了双层铝箔 双层尼龙,提高了保温板用封皮料的不透气性,保证了真空绝热板的真空度的维持时间。从而保证了真空绝热板的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
参见图1,本发明一种保温板封皮面料,其特征在于,包括从外到内(图中从上到下)依次复合的玻纤布层1、第一铝箔层2、PET层3、第一尼龙层4、第二铝箔层5、第二尼龙层6和PE层7。
所述的玻纤布1的规格为20-500g/m2;第一铝箔层2和第二铝箔层5的厚度均为5-20微米;PET层3的厚度为8-30微米;第一尼龙层4和第二尼龙层6的厚度均为8-30微米;PE层7的厚度为30-200微米。
本发明所述的保温板封皮面料的制备工艺流程包括:
(1)首先将所述的玻纤布层1与第一铝箔层2复合,具体复合方法或过程是:
在第一铝箔层2上涂抹溶剂型或水性胶,然后将玻纤布层1铺在溶剂型或水性胶上,并在40-200℃的温度下进行挤压复合,形成第一层复合体;
(2)将第一层复合体与PET层3的一侧复合,具体复合采用高速干式复合,先用胶辊在PET膜(即PET层3)的一侧涂上一层粘合剂,粘合剂的用量控制在1.5-10g/m2之内 ,将涂有粘合剂的PET膜通过40-200℃的热风烘箱将大部分的溶剂挥发掉之后,再将PET膜涂有粘合剂的一侧与上述的第一层复合体通过辊子挤压再复合成第二层复合体;
(3)将第二层复合体的PET层3的另一侧与第一尼龙层4的一侧复合。具体复合方法同(2),制得第三层复合体;
(4)将第三层复合体的第一尼龙层4的另一侧与第二铝箔层5的一侧复合,具体复合方法同(2),制得第四层复合体;
(5)将第四层复合体的第二铝箔层5的另一侧与第二尼龙层6的一侧复合,具体复合方法同(2),制得第五层复合体;
(6)将第五层复合体的第二尼龙层6的另一侧与PE层(膜)7复合,具体复合方法同(2)。

Claims (1)

1.一种保温板封皮面料,其特征在于,包括从外到内依次复合的玻纤布层、第一铝箔层、PET层、第一尼龙层、第二铝箔层、第二尼龙层和PE层;所述的保温板封皮面料的制备工艺的操作步骤包括:
(1)首先将所述的玻纤布层与第一铝箔层复合,具体复合方法或过程是:
在第一铝箔上涂抹溶剂型或水性胶,然后将玻纤布层铺在溶剂型或水性胶上,并在40-200℃的温度下进行挤压复合,形成第一层复合体; 
(2)将第一层复合体与PET层的一侧复合;具体复合采用高速干式复合,先用胶辊在PET膜的一侧涂上一层粘合剂,粘合剂的用量控制在1.5-10g/m2之内 ,将涂有粘合剂的PET膜通过40-200℃的热风烘箱将大部分的溶剂挥发掉之后,再将PET膜涂有粘合剂的一侧与第一层复合体通过辊子挤压再复合成第二层复合体;
(3)将第二层复合体的PET层的另一侧与第一尼龙层的一侧复合;具体复合方法同(2),制得第三层复合体;
(4)将第三层复合体的第一尼龙层的另一侧与第二铝箔层的一侧复合;具体复合方法同(2),制得第四层复合体;
(5)将第四层复合体的第二铝箔层的另一侧与第二尼龙层的一侧复合,具体复合方法同(2),制得第五层复合体;
(6)将第五层复合体的尼龙层的另一侧与PE复合,具体复合方法同(2);
所述的玻纤布的规格为20-500g/m2;第一铝箔层和第二铝箔层的厚度均为5-20微米;PET的厚度为8-30微米;第一尼龙层和第二尼龙层的厚度均为8-30微米;PE层的厚度为30-200微米。
