Description
- 1. Field of the Invention
- The invention relates to the package field, especially to a package bag.
- 2. Description of Related Art
- In the panel industry nowadays, liquid crystal glasses are usually applying horizontal stacking method to dispose in the package case, and simultaneously a pad layer is used to separate two glass panels next to each other for buffer function and prevent liquid crystal panel adhering together when taking out a liquid crystal panel.
- Liquid crystal glasses have higher criteria in package materials that pads in use is free from dust, pollution or water-stains to prevent polluting or etching peripheral terminals or elements around liquid crystal glasses, so present pads are packed by applying plastics packages and then sealed by applying taps or thermo-pressing methods. However, plastics packages usually are polyethylene bags that preventing entering from dust or water stain entering from the air after sealing, but air inside and outside the bags cannot be able to ventilate to adjust the temperature and moisture inside the bags in time. After pads is packed well, surfaces of the pads inside the bags are usually having water stains to polluting or etching peripheral terminals or elements around the liquid crystal glasses due to higher temperature inside compartments after long-distance transportation.
- Because of existed defects of present technology, the invention provides a package bag with effects of water-proof air permeability.
- To achieve the object described above, the invention employs technology hereinafter:
- A package bag comprises a package bag body and at least a film, at least a through hole disposed on the top of the package bag body, and the film with waterproof air permeability is attached on a surface of the through hole.
- Wherein, the package bag body is manufactured with polyethylene material.
- Wherein, the film includes a first film layer, and the first film layer is made of foaming polyurethane material.
- Or, the film includes a first film layer, and the first film layer is made of Polytetrafluoroethene (PTFE) material.
- Wherein, the film includes more than one mentioned first film layers and a dry layer disposed between two layers of the first film layers.
- Wherein, the dry layer is a moisture-proof sheet.
- Or, the dry layer is active carbon.
- Wherein, the film is attached on one inside surface of the package bag body.
- Wherein, the film is attached on a side of the package bag body, and the area of the side is smaller than those of other sides.
- The package bag of the invention has good waterproof performance and air permeability performance to keep clean and dry inside the package bag even at high temperature environment and effectively protects products inside the package bag.
-
FIG. 1 is a structural schematic view of a package bag of the invention. -
FIG. 2 is the local structure of schematic view of embodiment 1 of the invention. -
FIG. 3 is the local structure of schematic view of embodiment 2 of the invention. - To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention will be more clearly understood, the accompanying drawings and the following embodiments of the present invention will be described in further detail. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely for explaining the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention.
- Refer to
FIG. 1 , the invention provides a package bag, comprising apackage bag body 10 and at least afilm 20, at least athrough hole 100 is disposed on the top of the package bag body, and thefilm 20 with waterproof air permeability is attached on a surface of thethrough hole 100. - In this embodiment, the
package bag body 10 is manufactured with polyethylene material, and sealed by a tap. - As shown in
FIG. 2 , a package bag body is used for stacking a plurality ofpads 200 to achieve waterproof air permeability offilm 20, and afilm 20 in this embodiment is a layer of afirst film layer 21 which can be made of foaming polyurethane material or Polytetrafluoroethene (PTFE) material here and both materials are with good heat insulation and air permeability; in particular, when thefirst film layer 21 is made of foaming polyurethane material, which has several micro holes to achieve ventilation inside and outside the package bag, and simultaneously prevent steam and dust from entering. - The film is attached on an inner surface of the
package bag body 10 to prevent steam entering the package bag when being tore open by some unusual force. - It is understandable that the amount of through
hole 100 can be disposed a lot, and correspondingly thefilm 20 adhere to an inner surface of a corresponding throughhole 100. At least afilm 20 is attached on a side of thepackage bag body 10 at the same time, and the area of the side is smaller than those of other sides. The side is not covered when stackingmultiple package bags 10 withpads 200 on the larger area, and is able to ventilate with air outside. - As
FIG. 3 shows, this is the local structure of schematic view of the embodiment of the invention, and what differences from the embodiment 1 is that thefilm 20 includes multiplefirst film layers 21 and adry layer 23 disposed between two layers of thefirst film layers 21 in this embodiment. Due to increasing thedry layer 23, an opening of thefirst film layer 21 in this embodiment is larger a little than that in the embodiment 1 to ensure air inside and outside the package bag can exchange normally. Wherein, thedry layer 23 is a moisture-proof sheet or active carbon. Thedry layer 23 can also act absorbing even when little outside steam entering thefilm 20 by this kind of arrangement and preventing continuing entering inside of the package bag, which is with well air permeability and simultaneously preventing water stain occurrence happened inside the package bag more efficiently. - The package bag provided by the embodiment of the invention disposes a through
hole 100 on a surface of thepackage bag body 10, afilm 20 with waterproof air permeability is disposed correspondingly on the throughhole 100 to prevent dust and steam outside entering to the bag, and due to the well air permeability performance of thefilm 20, the air inside and outside of the package bag can be exchange normally to preventpads 200 get wet from forming vapor due to different temperatures inside and outside the package bags. - The above-described specific embodiment is only of the present invention, and it should be noted that those of ordinary skill in the art, in the present invention without departing from the principles of the premise, but also several improvements and modifications can be made, these improvements and retouching also be considered the scope of the present invention.
