Abstract
一种液晶玻璃包装箱,包括箱体(10),所述箱体包括底板(11)和一体连接于底板四周的侧壁(12),所述箱体上固定有连通箱体内外的滤网组件(20);所述侧壁上设有带插槽(14)的缺口(13),所述滤网组件插置于插槽中,或者所述侧壁上开设有贯通底板的孔槽(17),所述滤网组件插设于所述孔槽中并起到牢固支撑的作用。该液晶玻璃包装箱具有良好的防潮效果。
Description
本发明涉及包装技术领域,特别涉及一种液晶玻璃包装箱及防潮包装结构。
目前,面板业界对液晶玻璃的包装方式有多种,最常用发泡类模具成型缓冲材制成托盘以安放液晶玻璃,也有采用注塑/吹塑成型硬质box的方案。
包装方式是采用基本密封的方式,即每层箱体堆叠后无明显间隙;外围使用缠绕膜将整栈物料围捆,顶层加盖PE防水膜。箱体间间隙无特别密封处理,少量空气可自由进出;外围缠绕膜及顶盖膜也有一定透湿率。但是,产品经过货柜运输至目的地拆包后有时会发现缠绕膜内部甚至箱体内部会产生水雾甚至水珠,原因有两点:1.高湿度环境中的水汽透过外层保护膜和顶盖膜进入;2.不同环境的温差导致空气中水汽凝结成水珠存在与包装件中。
为解决以上问题点,业界尝试过多种方式,比如,对包装件进行全密封包装,采用铝箔袋或覆合袋等超低透湿率材料对包装件进行密封;添加干燥剂;在包装件打栈完成后加装纸质外围卡等。经过240小时60℃&75%RH储存试验,以上三种方式中第三种的效果最佳。基本得出结论:温差是产生入水问题的主因,且干燥剂去湿效果一般,完全阻隔水汽进入包装件的方式意义不大,反而是外加的纸质箱体可利用纸易吸潮的特点拦截部分水汽的进入,且包装件内部水汽可有效散出。
发明内容
本发明是为了克服以上存在的不足而提出一种液晶玻璃包装箱,这种液晶玻璃包装箱包括箱体,所述箱体包括底板和一体连接于底板四周的侧壁,其中,所述箱体上固定有滤网组件,通过滤网组件将箱体内外连通。
其中,所述侧壁上设有缺口,所述缺口上设有插槽,所述滤网组件插置于插槽中。
其中,所述滤网组件包括外框和固定连接于外框中的滤网。
其中,所述底板上设有沉孔,沉孔中设有通孔,所述滤网组件嵌装于沉孔中。
其中,所述滤网组件包括外框和固定连接于外框中的滤网。
其中,所述箱体的侧壁上开设有贯通底板的孔槽,所述滤网组件插设于所述孔槽中。
其中,所述滤网组件为与孔槽适配的筒状体,所述筒状体上下开口处设有滤网,所述筒状体面向箱体内的侧壁设有开口,所述开口处固定有滤网。
其中,所述滤网组件有四组,分别设于相对侧壁的两侧。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种防潮包装结构,其中,包括以上所述的液晶玻璃包装箱,在液晶玻璃包装箱内叠放液晶玻璃后将多个液晶玻璃包装箱堆叠,顶层设有顶盖,然后装于纸箱中。
其中,所述顶盖设有通孔,通孔上设有滤网。
本发明的有益效果:本发明克服了人们对防潮密封方法的偏见,提出了放进来,散出去的想法,采用了新型液晶玻璃包装箱和防潮包装结构,起到了更好的防潮效果。

下面将结合附图用实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例1
参见图1,这种液晶玻璃包装箱包括箱体10,所述箱体10包括底板11和一体连接于底板四周的侧壁12,中间是可以容置液晶玻璃的空间,为了达到多个箱体10堆叠后箱体10内外通风的目的,在箱体10上设有滤网组件20。这种滤网组件20和箱体10的结合方式如图所示,在箱体10的侧壁12上设有缺口13,侧壁缺口13的两侧上设有插槽14,滤网组件20插置于插槽14中;滤网组件20包括外框21和固定连接于外框21中的滤网22,通过滤网22将箱体10内外连通起来,达到通风的目的,同时为了防止大颗粒异物,如尘埃、花粉等进入箱体10污染液晶玻璃,要求滤网22采用尼龙塑料等材质制成的密集网眼的过滤网,而四周的外框21使用工程塑料将滤网22封边,见图2。再参照图3,液晶玻璃30装于箱体10中后,通过滤网组件20可以保持箱体10内外空气对流;
实施例2
如图4所示,本实施例区别于实施例1,还在箱体10的底板11上也设有滤网组件20,可以先在底板10上设有沉孔15,沉孔15中设有通孔16,再将滤网组件20嵌装于沉孔15中,滤网组件20的上表面与箱体底板11的底面持平。其中滤网组件20的规格可以跟侧壁12上的滤网组件20相同,可以互换。
实施例3
考虑到随着成本压力的不断提高,包装件的装片数量一直上升,以摊抵降低单片液晶玻璃的包装成本。目前业界在不断尝试使用低密度、低克重的包装箱,前者会导致单件包装件重量持续上升,后者会导致包装箱刚性强度降低,总体导致箱体抗压强度不足,无法承受多层堆叠的处境。为解决此问题,业内尝试在箱体中置入刚性部件,以提高箱体的承重抗压能力,本实施例就是将此刚性部件和本发明提供的滤网组件结合起来。参见图5、图6,在箱体10的侧壁12上开设有贯通底板的孔槽17,并将滤网组件20插设于所述孔槽17中;其中滤网组件20为与孔槽17适配的筒状体23,筒状体上、下开口处均设有滤网24,筒状体23面向箱体内的侧壁设有开口,所述开口处固定有滤网25,这样,就可以将各层堆叠的箱体10都联通起来,为了达到包装所需的刚性要求,本实施例滤网组件20有四组,分别设于箱体10的相对侧壁12的两侧,为了使得通风效果更好,顶层箱体10的顶盖还可以对应滤网组件的通风口设有开口或同样是带有滤网的通风口中,这一结构可以参见以下实施例及附图。
实施例4
本实施例提供了一种防潮包装结构,如图7所示,将以上任一实施例中的液晶玻璃包装箱内叠放液晶玻璃后将多个液晶玻璃包装箱箱体10堆叠,顶层设有顶盖40,然后装于纸箱50中。其滤网组件可以使得箱体内通风并且过滤了对液晶玻璃有污染的大颗粒异物,同时纸箱还可以起到防潮的作用,另外,顶盖对应于如实施例3中的滤网组件上的滤网开口设有通孔,通孔上设有滤网41。
