本发明公开了一种具有吸水功能的液晶面板包装箱,包括箱体和吸水件,所述箱体上设有容纳槽,所述吸水件设置于所述容纳槽内,当所述吸水件吸收空气中的水分后,所述吸水件膨胀且部分伸出于所述容纳槽外,并且所述吸水件伸出于所述容纳槽外的部分用于抵接与所述箱体堆叠设置的其他液晶面板包装箱。本发明公开的一种具有吸水功能的液晶面板包装箱,通过在箱体上吸水件,当吸水件吸水膨胀后,吸水件与堆叠设置在箱体上方的其他液晶面板包装箱紧密贴合,吸水件填充满相邻两个箱体之间的堆叠缝隙,从而防止外界水汽进入箱内。

具有吸水功能的液晶面板包装箱
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶面板加工领域,更具体地说,涉及一种具有吸水功能的液晶面板包装箱。
背景技术
目前液晶面板(open cell)的出货包装最常用的材料是发泡缓冲材,如可发性聚乙烯(Expandable Polyethylene,简称EPE)和发泡聚丙烯(Expanded polypropylene,简称EPP)等。其包装方式基本采用密封的方式,即每层箱体紧密堆叠,在堆栈外围用缠绕膜进行围捆,在最上面加盖聚乙烯(Polyethylene,简称PE)防水膜。但是经常发现产品经过货柜运输至目的地拆包后有时会发现缠绕膜内部甚至箱体内部会产生水雾或水珠。这些水雾或水珠对液晶面板的上一些裸露的电子器件造成短路等问题,降低可靠性。
产生上述问题的原因是包装箱都有制造公差,堆叠后都一定的缝隙,外部环境中的水汽仍透过外层缠绕保护膜,通过包装箱体的堆叠缝隙进入包装内部。目前常用做法是在箱体放置干燥剂来吸收箱体内的水分,但效果一般。如果能阻止外部水汽渗入箱体,在水汽能渗入的路径上设置吸收水分的结构,将大幅度改善箱体内产生水雾或水珠的现象。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种能防止外部水汽进入箱内的液晶面板包装箱。
为了实现上述的目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种具有吸水功能的液晶面板包装箱,包括箱体和吸水件,所述箱体上设有容纳槽,所述吸水件设置于所述容纳槽内,当所述吸水件吸收空气中的水分后,所述吸水件膨胀且部分伸出于所述容纳槽外,并且所述吸水件伸出于所述容纳槽外的部分用于抵接与所述箱体堆叠设置的其他液晶面板包装箱。
优选地,所述容纳槽设置于所述箱体的朝向所述其他液晶面板包装箱的表面上,并且容纳槽的开口方向和所述箱体与所述其他液晶面板包装箱的堆叠方向平行。
优选地,所述容纳槽和所述吸水件的数量均为多个。
优选地,所述容纳槽的内壁设有凸起。
优选地,所述容纳槽的内壁与所述容纳槽的底部的夹角为锐角。
优选地,所述容纳槽的内壁上设有凹陷部,当所述吸水件吸水膨胀后,所述吸水件部分填充于所述凹陷部。
优选地,所述凹陷部的数量为两个,两个所述凹陷部分别设置于所述容纳槽的相对的两个内壁上。
优选地,所述吸水件的材料为高吸水树脂材料。
本发明公开的一种具有吸水功能的液晶面板包装箱,通过在箱体上吸水件,当吸水件吸水膨胀后,吸水件与堆叠设置在箱体上方的其他液晶面板包装箱紧密贴合,吸水件填充满相邻两个箱体之间的堆叠缝隙,从而防止外界水汽进入箱内。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例一
结合图1、图2和图3所示,本实施例的具有吸水功能的液晶面板包装箱包括箱体10和吸水件20,箱体10上设有容纳槽11,吸水件20设置于容纳槽11内。当吸水件20吸收空气中的水分后,吸水件20膨胀且吸水件20的部分伸出于容纳槽11外。液晶面板的出货包装中,多个包装箱依次堆叠设置,吸水件20经吸收膨胀后,伸出于容纳槽11外的部分与堆叠设置在箱体10上的其他液晶面板包装箱抵接。一方面吸水件20起到吸水作用,另一方面吸水件20填满箱体10与其他液晶面板包装箱之间的缝隙,防止外界水汽通过缝隙进入到箱体10内部,避免液晶面板的电子器件的损坏。
具体地,如图2所示,容纳槽11设置于箱体10的朝向其他液晶面板包装箱的表面上。优选地,本实施例的其他液晶面板包装箱位于箱体10的上方,即容纳槽11位于箱体10的上表面。当然在其他实施方式中,其他液晶面板包装箱还可以是位于箱体10的下方,即容纳槽11位于箱体10的下表面。进一步地,容纳槽11的开口方向和箱体10与其他液晶面板包装箱的堆叠方向平行,这样吸水件20伸出于容纳槽11外的部分朝着堆叠方向延伸,使得吸水件20与其他液晶面板包装箱在堆叠方向上接触,这样利于包装箱的拆装。若容纳槽11的开口方向垂直于堆叠方向,这样箱体10与其他液晶面板包装箱产生横向挤压,不利于包装箱的拆装。
具体地,箱体10呈框形结构,箱体10优选为矩形框,容纳槽11为环绕箱体10的边框12设置的一圈环状结构,相应地,吸水件20的形状呈与容纳槽11相匹配的环形状。这样吸水件20吸水膨胀后,吸水件20、箱体10和堆叠设置于箱体10上的其他液晶面板包装箱形成密封结构,防止外界水汽进入箱内。
进一步地,容纳槽11的数量为多个。如图4所示,容纳槽11的数量优选为三个,三个大小不同的环状的容纳槽11由内至外依次设置,当每个容纳槽11内的吸水件20吸水膨胀后均与上方的包装箱接触,这样密封效果更好。
作为优选实施例,吸水件20的材料选为高吸水树脂材料,高吸水树脂材料的吸水性能较好,同时保水性很高,不会因为外界的挤压而释放已吸收的水分。另外高吸水树脂材料吸水后具有良好的弹性,保证吸水件20与包装箱紧密贴合,同时包装箱运输过程中,吸水件20还能起到一定的缓冲作用。
实施例二
如图5和图6所示,本实施例的具有吸水功能的液晶面板包装箱与实施例一的不同之处是:容纳槽11的内壁上开设有凹陷部11a,当吸水件20吸水膨胀后,吸水件20一部分沿着平行堆叠方向的方向上延伸,吸水件20的另一部分沿着垂直于堆叠方向的方向上延伸而填充于凹陷部11a内,有利于吸水件20的固定,防止在拆装过程和搬运途中掉落。
进一步地,凹陷部11a的数量为两个,两个凹陷部11a分别设置于容纳槽11的相对的两个内壁上,可实现对吸水件20的相对两侧面进行固定,进一步防止吸水件20从箱体10脱落。
实施例三
如图7和图8所示,本实施例的具有吸水功能的液晶面板包装箱与实施例一的不同之处是:容纳槽11的内壁倾斜,且容纳槽11的内壁与容纳槽11的底部的夹角为锐角,即容纳槽11的底部面积大于容纳槽11的开口面积,当吸水件20吸水膨胀后,吸水件20位于容纳槽11的部分与容纳槽11的倾斜内壁在堆叠方向上产生抵接,可防止吸水件20的脱落。
当然在其他实施方式中,容纳槽11的内壁形状还可设置成阶梯状,当吸水件20吸水膨胀后,容纳槽11可在堆叠方向上实现对吸水件20的限位。
实施例四
如图7和图8所示,本实施例的具有吸水功能的液晶面板包装箱与实施例一的不同之处是:容纳槽11的相对的内壁上均设有凸起11b,且凸起11b位于内壁的靠近容纳槽11开口的一侧。当吸水件20未吸水时,吸水件20整体处于凸起11b下方,当吸水件20膨胀后,吸水件20的部分从两个凸起11b之间穿过并伸出于容纳槽11外,这样容纳槽11可在堆叠方向上实现对吸水件20的限位,防止吸水件20的脱落。
本发明公开的一种具有吸水功能的液晶面板包装箱,通过在箱体上吸水件,当吸水件吸水膨胀后,吸水件与堆叠设置在箱体上方的其他液晶面板包装箱紧密贴合,吸水件填充满相邻两个箱体之间的堆叠缝隙,从而防止外界水汽进入箱内。
