一種支撐裝置,用於支撐電子裝置。支撐裝置包括支架及用於固持電子裝置的卡持部。卡持部樞接於支架以允許電子裝置可繞設置於支架上的轉動中心沿不同方向轉動。

Description

支撐裝置
本發明涉及一種支撐裝置,特別涉及一種用於支撐可擕式電子裝置的支撐裝置。
隨著電子技術的發展,可擕式電子裝置,如手機的功能越來越強大。目前,大多手機都具有視頻播放、電子書流覽等功能。當使用者使用手機觀看視頻或流覽電子書時,通常需要手持手機或借助於支撐物將手機支撐於支撐面(如桌面)上。然而,長時間手持手機時會造成使用者手部酸麻,而將手機放置於桌面則需要尋找合適的支撐物從而使手機使用受限。
有鑒於此,有必要提供一種用於支撐電子裝置的支撐裝置。
該支撐裝置,用於支撐電子裝置。支撐裝置包括支架及用於固持電子裝置的卡持部。卡持部樞接於支架以允許電子裝置可繞設置於支架上的轉動中心沿不同方向轉動。
上述支撐裝置可將電子裝置支撐於支撐面上,以方便用戶調整電子裝置的角度,方便用戶使用。
請參閱圖1,為一較佳實施方式的支撐裝置100的示意圖。支撐裝置100用於將電子裝置200(如圖5所示)支撐於不同的方向上。該電子裝置200在一些實施例中可為手機、PDA、遊戲機等。支撐裝置100包括支架10及用於固持電子裝置200的卡持部20。
請參考圖2和圖3,支架10包括底座110、固定於底座110的支撐桿120及轉動連接於支撐桿120的連桿130。底座110用於與支撐物(例如,桌面、牆壁等)接觸以將支撐裝置100固定於支撐物。在本實施例中,底座110為大致呈圓形的吸盤。
支撐桿120固定於底座110的中心,其遠離底座110的一端設置有樞接件122。樞接件122包括垂直於支撐桿120的連接部123及設置於連接部123相對兩端的兩個軸套124。每一軸套124均包括大致呈圓柱形的中空柱體部1242及設置於柱體部1242上的兩個緊鎖件1243。柱體部1242沿其軸線方向形成有收容部1244,且柱體部1242沿平行於軸線方向斷開形成與收容部1244相連通的間隙1245。兩個緊鎖件1243設置於間隙1245的相對兩側且分別開設有兩個相對的螺孔1246。
連桿130大致呈T形,包括桿體132、轉軸134及樞轉部136。轉軸134垂直設置於桿體132的一端,樞轉部136設置於桿體132遠離轉軸134的另一端。樞轉部136在本實施例中為球狀體。
卡持部20包括本體210、設置於本體210上的四個卡持臂220及抵壓部230。本體210大致呈中空的柱狀體,其包括上表面211、與上表面211平行的下表面212及側壁213。本體210開設有沿其軸線A方向延伸的收容孔214。收容孔214的尺寸小於樞轉部136的直徑。上表面211沿平行於本體210的軸線A方向內凹形成大致呈環形的環槽215及將環槽215與收容孔214隔開的環套216。環套216沿軸線A方向的長度要小於環槽215沿軸線A方向的深度。環槽215的底部均勻地開設有四個穿過下表面212的通孔217。下表面212上設置有四個凸起218。四個凸起218均勻地設置於收容下表面212靠近收容孔214的邊緣上,且每一個凸起218均設置於相鄰兩個通孔217之間。四個凸起218均為彈性材料製成。四個凸起218自下表面212沿靠近本體210的軸線A方向彎曲形成大致呈半球狀且與收容孔214相連通的收容空間219。收容空間219用於收容樞轉部136。
四個卡持臂220設置於側壁213靠近上表面211的一端,且自側壁213沿上表面211徑向外延伸。四個卡持臂220呈對角線分佈。卡持臂220在本實施例中由彈性材料製成。卡持臂220遠離側壁213的一端沿背向下表面212的方向彎折形成卡勾221。四個卡勾221的連線大致呈矩形且其尺寸大致與電子裝置200的尺寸相當。
抵壓部230大致呈圓形且與本體210共軸線A設置。抵壓部230沿軸線A方向的長度大致與環槽215沿軸線A方向的深度相當,且抵壓部230的直徑稍小於環槽215的直徑。抵壓部230的一端沿其軸線A方向內凹形成大致呈圓形的凹陷232。凹陷232的底部凸設有凸環234。凸環234大致呈圓形的環狀且與抵壓部230共軸線A設置。凸環234的直徑大於環套216的直徑。凸環234與抵壓部230的內側壁形成大致呈環狀的收容槽235。凸環234遠離凹陷232底部的一端沿平行軸線A方向延伸形成四個均勻分佈的彈性臂236。四個彈性臂236分別與四個通孔217相對應的。每一個彈性臂236遠離凸環234的一端沿背向軸線A的方向延伸形成卡扣238。卡扣238至凹陷232底部的距離稍大於與本體210沿軸線A方向的長度。
卡持部20還包括第一彈性件240和第二彈性件250。第一彈性件240和第二彈性件250在本實施例中均為大致呈環狀的螺形彈簧,且第一彈性件240的直徑小於第二彈性件250的直徑。第一彈性件240的直徑小於環套216的直徑。第二彈性件250的直徑大致與收容槽235的直徑相當。
組裝時,如圖4所示,首先,將樞轉部136擠壓凸起218並收入於收容空間219。然後,將第一彈性件240收容於收容孔214並抵接於樞轉部136。再將第二彈性件250收容於收容槽235,抵壓部230擠壓第一彈性件240並使卡扣238穿過相應的通孔217後將抵壓部230卡持於本體210。最後,將轉軸134轉動收容於軸套124以使連桿130轉動連接於支撐桿120。
組裝後,第一彈性件240兩端分別抵接於抵壓部230和樞轉部136,且第一彈性件240在抵壓部230的擠壓下被壓縮而產生一彈性力作用於樞轉部136,使得樞轉部136與第一彈性件240之間及樞轉部136與凸起218之間均產生一個摩擦阻力,以使樞轉部136相對本體210轉動並定位至某一特定角度。第二彈性件250一端抵接於環槽215,另一端受抵壓部230擠壓而被壓縮。由於環套216沿軸線A方向的長度及抵壓部230沿軸線A方向的長度均小於環槽215沿軸線A方向的深度,且卡扣238至凹陷232底部的距離稍大於與本體210沿軸線A方向的長度,因此 ,當抵壓部230固定至本體210後,抵壓部230在第二彈性件250的彈性作用下伸出本體210的上表面211。此外,支撐裝置100還包括收容於螺孔1246中螺釘1248。用戶可藉由轉動螺釘1248調整軸套124與轉軸134之間的摩擦力的大小,從而使連桿130可相對支撐桿120轉動並定位在一預定位置。
如圖5所示,使用時,首先,將四個卡持臂220的四個卡勾221扣持於電子裝置200的前表面以將電子裝置200固持於本體210。此外,由於抵壓部230在第二彈性件250的作用下伸出於本體210的上表面211,因此,當電子裝置200固定至本體210時,電子裝置200與前表面相背的後表擠壓抵壓部230而進一步壓縮第二彈性件250,此時,抵壓部230抵壓電子裝置200的後表面,從而配合四個卡勾221將電子裝置200穩固地固持於卡持部20。用戶可藉由轉動卡持部20而改變電子裝置200的角度,並進一步藉由轉動連桿130來調整電子裝置200相對支撐面的距離,從而改變電子裝置200相對用戶的前後距離或高度。
借助於上述支撐裝置100,可將電子裝置200支撐於支撐面上,並方便用戶調整電子裝置200的角度及相對用戶的距離,從而方便用戶使用。
本技術領域的普通技術人員應當認識到,以上的實施方式僅是用來說明本發明,而並非用作為對本發明的限定,只要在本發明的實質精神範圍之內,對以上實施例所作的適當改變和變化都落在本發明要求保護的範圍之內。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種支撐裝置,用於支撐電子裝置,該支撐裝置包括支架及用於固持電子裝置的卡持部,其改良在於:卡持部樞接於支架以允許電子裝置可繞設置於支架上的轉動中心沿不同方向轉動。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之支撐裝置,其中卡持部包括本體及設置於本體上的若干卡勾,該若干卡勾扣持於電子裝置的前表面以將電子裝置固持於卡持部。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之支撐裝置,其中卡持部還包括設置於本體上的抵壓部,抵壓部用於當電子裝置固持於本體時抵壓電子裝置與前表面相背的後表面。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之支撐裝置,其中支架包括支撐桿及轉動連接於支撐桿的連桿,連桿遠離支撐桿的一端設置有樞轉部,卡持部樞接於樞轉部並可圍繞樞轉部沿不同方向轉動。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之支撐裝置,其中支撐桿包括樞接件,連桿遠離樞轉部的一端設置有轉軸,轉軸轉動連接於樞接件以允許電子裝置進一步繞轉軸轉動。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之支撐裝置,其中本體開設有收容孔,本體靠近收容孔的邊緣上凸設有若干凸起,該若干凸起自本體向收容孔一側彎曲形成與收容孔相連通的收容空間,收容空間用於轉動收容樞轉部。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之支撐裝置,其中卡持部還包括第一彈性件,第一彈性件收容於收容孔中,第一彈性件一端抵接於樞轉部,另一端抵接於抵壓部並受抵壓部擠壓而被壓縮。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之支撐裝置,其中本體背向若干凸出的一端內凹形成環槽及將環槽與收容孔隔開的環套,環槽的底部開設有至少一個通孔。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第8項所述之支撐裝置,其中抵壓部收容於環槽中,且抵壓部設置有與該至少一個通孔相對應的至少一個卡扣。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之支撐裝置,其中卡持部還包括第二彈性件,第二彈性件收容於環槽中,其一端抵接於環槽底部,另一端抵接於抵壓部以使抵壓部伸出於本體。
