Abstract
一种支撑装置,用于支撑电子装置。支撑装置包括支架及用于固持电子装置的卡持部。卡持部枢接于支架以允许电子装置可绕设置于支架上的转动中心沿不同方向转动。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种支撑装置,特别涉及一种用于支撑便携式电子装置的支撑装置。
背景技术
随着电子技术的发展,便携式电子装置,如手机的功能越来越强大。目前,大多手机都具有视频播放、电子书浏览等功能。当使用者使用手机观看视频或浏览电子书时,通常需要手持手机或借助于支撑物将手机支撑于支撑面(如桌面)上。然而,长时间手持手机时会造成使用者手部酸麻,而将手机放置于桌面则需要寻找合适的支撑物从而使手机使用受限。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种用于支撑电子装置的支撑装置。
该支撑装置,用于支撑电子装置。支撑装置包括支架及用于固持电子装置的卡持部。卡持部枢接于支架以允许电子装置可绕设置于支架上的转动中心沿不同方向转动。
上述支撑装置可将电子装置支撑于支撑面上,以方便用户调整电子装置的角度,方便用户使用。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,为一较佳实施方式的支撑装置100的示意图。支撑装置100用于将电子装置200(如图5所示)支撑于不同的方向上。该电子装置200在一些实施例中可为手机、PDA、游戏机等。支撑装置100包括支架10及用于固持电子装置200的卡持部20。
请参考图2和图3,支架10包括底座110、固定于底座110的支撑杆120及转动连接于支撑杆120的连杆130。底座110用于与支撑物(例如,桌面、墙壁等)接触以将支撑装置100固定于支撑物。在本实施例中,底座110为大致呈圆形的吸盘。
支撑杆120固定于底座110的中心,其远离底座110的一端设置有枢接件122。枢接件122包括垂直于支撑杆120的连接部123及设置于连接部123相对两端的两个轴套124。每一轴套124均包括大致呈圆柱形的中空柱体部1242及设置于柱体部1242上的两个紧锁件1243。柱体部1242沿其轴线方向形成有收容部1244,且柱体部1242沿平行于轴线方向断开形成与收容部1244相连通的间隙1245。两个紧锁件1243设置于间隙1245的相对两侧且分别开设有两个相对的螺孔1246。
连杆130大致呈T形,包括杆体132、转轴134及枢转部136。转轴134垂直设置于杆体132的一端,枢转部136设置于杆体132远离转轴134的另一端。枢转部136在本实施例中为球状体。
卡持部20包括本体210、设置于本体210上的四个卡持臂220及抵压部230。本体210大致呈中空的柱状体,其包括上表面211、与上表面211平行的下表面212及侧壁213。本体210开设有沿其轴线A方向延伸的收容孔214。收容孔214的尺寸小于枢转部136的直径。上表面211沿平行于本体210的轴线A方向内凹形成大致呈环形的环槽215及将环槽215与收容孔214隔开的环套216。环套216沿轴线A方向的长度要小于环槽215沿轴线A方向的深度。环槽215的底部均匀地开设有四个穿过下表面212的通孔217。下表面212上设置有四个凸起218。四个凸起218均匀地设置于收容下表面212靠近收容孔214的边缘上,且每一个凸起218均设置于相邻两个通孔217之间。四个凸起218均为弹性材料制成。四个凸起218自下表面212沿靠近本体210的轴线A方向弯曲形成大致呈半球状且与收容孔214相连通的收容空间219。收容空间219用于收容枢转部136。
四个卡持臂220设置于侧壁213靠近上表面211的一端,且自侧壁213沿上表面211径向外延伸。四个卡持臂220呈对角线分布。卡持臂220在本实施例中由弹性材料制成。卡持臂220远离侧壁213的一端沿背向下表面212的方向弯折形成卡勾221。四个卡勾221的连线大致呈矩形且其尺寸大致与电子装置200的尺寸相当。
抵压部230大致呈圆形且与本体210共轴线A设置。抵压部230沿轴线A方向的长度大致与环槽215沿轴线A方向的深度相当,且抵压部230的直径稍小于环槽215的直径。抵压部230的一端沿其轴线A方向内凹形成大致呈圆形的凹陷232。凹陷232的底部凸设有凸环234。凸环234大致呈圆形的环状且与抵压部230共轴线A设置。凸环234的直径大于环套216的直径。凸环234与抵压部230的内侧壁形成大致呈环状的收容槽235。凸环234远离凹陷232底部的一端沿平行轴线A方向延伸形成四个均匀分布的弹性臂236。四个弹性臂236分别与四个通孔217相对应的。每一个弹性臂236远离凸环234的一端沿背向轴线A的方向延伸形成卡扣238。卡扣238至凹陷232底部的距离稍大于与本体210沿轴线A方向的长度。
卡持部20还包括第一弹性件240和第二弹性件250。第一弹性件240和第二弹性件250在本实施例中均为大致呈环状的螺形弹簧,且第一弹性件240的直径小于第二弹性件250的直径。第一弹性件240的直径小于环套216的直径。第二弹性件250的直径大致与收容槽235的直径相当。
组装时,如图4所示,首先,将枢转部136挤压凸起218并收入于收容空间219。然后,将第一弹性件240收容于收容孔214并抵接于枢转部136。再将第二弹性件250收容于收容槽235,抵压部230挤压第一弹性件240并使卡扣238穿过相应的通孔217后将抵压部230卡持于本体210。最后,将转轴134转动收容于轴套124以使连杆130转动连接于支撑杆120。
组装后,第一弹性件240两端分别抵接于抵压部230和枢转部136,且第一弹性件240在抵压部230的挤压下被压缩而产生一弹性力作用于枢转部136,使得枢转部136与第一弹性件240之间及枢转部136与凸起218之间均产生一个摩擦阻力,以使枢转部136相对本体210转动并定位至某一特定角度。第二弹性件250一端抵接于环槽215,另一端受抵压部230挤压而被压缩。由于环套216沿轴线A方向的长度及抵压部230沿轴线A方向的长度均小于环槽215沿轴线A方向的深度,且卡扣238至凹陷232底部的距离稍大于与本体210沿轴线A方向的长度,因此,当抵压部230固定至本体210后,抵压部230在第二弹性件250的弹性作用下伸出本体210的上表面211。此外,支撑装置100还包括收容于螺孔1246中螺钉1248。用户可通过转动螺钉1248调整轴套124与转轴134之间的摩擦力的大小,从而使连杆130可相对支撑杆120转动并定位在一预定位置。
如图5所示,使用时,首先,将四个卡持臂220的四个卡勾221扣持于电子装置200的前表面以将电子装置200固持于本体210。此外,由于抵压部230在第二弹性件250的作用下伸出于本体210的上表面211,因此,当电子装置200固定至本体210时,电子装置200与前表面相背的后表挤压抵压部230而进一步压缩第二弹性件250,此时,抵压部230抵压电子装置200的后表面,从而配合四个卡勾221将电子装置200稳固地固持于卡持部20。用户可通过转动卡持部20而改变电子装置200的角度,并进一步通过转动连杆130来调整电子装置200相对支撑面的距离,从而改变电子装置200相对用户的前后距离或高度。
借助于上述支撑装置100,可将电子装置200支撑于支撑面上,并方便用户调整电子装置200的角度及相对用户的距离,从而方便用户使用。
综上所述,尽管为说明目的已经公开了本发明的优选实施例,然而,本发明不只局限于如上所述的实施例,在不超出本发明基本技术思想的范畴内,相关行业的技术人员可对其进行多种变形及应用。
Claims (7)
1.一种支撑装置,用于支撑电子装置,该支撑装置包括支架及用于固持该电子装置的卡持部,其特征在于:该卡持部枢接于该支架以允许该电子装置可绕设置于该支架上的转动中心沿不同方向转动;该卡持部包括本体、设置于本体上的抵压部及第一弹性件,该抵压部用于当该电子装置固持于该本体时抵压电子装置的后表面;该支架包括枢转部,该本体开设有收容孔,该本体靠近该收容孔的边缘上凸设有若干凸起,该若干凸起自该本体向该收容孔一侧弯曲形成与该收容孔相连通的收容空间,该收容空间用于转动收容该枢转部;该第一弹性件收容于该收容孔中,该第一弹性件一端抵接于该枢转部,另一端抵接于该抵压部并受该抵压部挤压而被压缩。
2.如权利要求1所述的支撑装置,其特征在于:该卡持部包括设置于该本体上的若干卡勾,该若干卡勾扣持于该电子装置的前表面以将该电子装置固持于该卡持部。
3.如权利要求1所述的支撑装置,其特征在于:该支架包括支撑杆及转动连接于支撑杆的连杆,该连杆远离支撑杆的一端设置有该枢转部。
4.如权利要求3所述的支撑装置,其特征在于:该支撑杆包括枢接件,该连杆远离该枢转部的一端设置有转轴,该转轴转动连接于该枢接件以允许该电子装置进一步绕该转轴转动。
5.如权利要求1所述的支撑装置,其特征在于:该本体背向该若干凸起的一端内凹形成环槽及将该环槽与该收容孔隔开的环套,该环槽的底部开设有至少一个通孔。
6.如权利要求5所述的支撑装置,其特征在于:该抵压部收容于该环槽中,且该抵压部设置有与该至少一个通孔相对应的至少一个卡扣。
7.如权利要求6所述的支撑装置,其特征在于:该卡持部还包括第二弹性件,该第二弹性件收容于该环槽中,其一端抵接于该环槽底部,另一端抵接于该抵压部以使该抵压部伸出于该本体。
