201043535 且,在本發明的三方密封薄膜包裝機中,雙曲軸機構 ,具備:由橫密封器驅動馬達被驅動的驅動部、及由驅動 部被轉動的橫密封器曲軸、及由橫密封器曲軸被運動變換 且將一對的橫密封器的下密封器朝上下驅動的下密封器連 接桿、及由橫密封器曲軸被運動變換且將一對的橫密封器 的上密封器朝上下驅動的上密封器連接桿。 在本發明的三方密封薄膜包裝機中,滑件曲軸機構, 〇 具備:由橫密封器驅動馬達被驅動的驅動部、及由驅動部 被轉動的橫密封器曲軸、及由定位置被固定於線性桿且可 擺動自如的橫密封器擺動軸是嵌合藉由橫密封器曲軸的轉 動而擺動作滑動使一對的橫密封器擺動的橫密封器滑件。 在本發明的三方密封薄膜包裝機中,具備第1控制電 路,可控制使:供驅動將包裝薄膜搬運的供給輸送帶用的 供給輸送帶馬達、及將中央輸送帶及縱密封器旋轉,驅動的 縱密封器馬達,與包裝薄膜的搬運速度同步。 Ο 在本發明的三方密封薄膜包裝機中,具備第2控制電 路,將橫密封器驅動馬達,從朝包裝薄膜的接觸時點直到 遠離包裝薄膜的時點爲止與包裝薄膜的搬運速度同步地使 一對的橫密封器移動,且從遠離包裝薄膜的時點直到朝包 裝薄膜的接觸時點爲止從包裝薄膜的搬運速度變速使一對 的橫密封器擺動的方式進行控制。 在本發明的三方密封薄膜包裝機中,在由縱樑、橫樑 、柱樑所形成的框架中設置傳導、控制盒,在傳導、控制 盒的外側安裝供給輸送帶馬達及縱密封器馬達,在內側安 201043535 裝:從供給輸送帶馬達朝供給輸送帶的傳導部、及從縱密 封器馬達朝縱密封器的傳導部。 [發明的效果] 從以上的說明明顯可知,依據本發明的三方密封薄膜 包裝機,可進行上下一對的橫密封器的接近/遠離的驅動 及往復移動的機構簡潔,製造和維修容易,噪音不發生, 且製造成本低廉。藉由在由縱樑、橫樑、柱樑所形成的框 架設置傳導、控制盒,在內側安裝從供給輸送帶馬達朝供 給輸送帶的傳導部、及從縱密封器馬達朝縱密封器的傳導 部’即使塵埃落下至框架內,掃除也簡便,特別是對於食 品關係領域的包裝可以提供非常良好的衛生環境。 【實施方式】 以下,對於本發明的三方密封薄膜包裝機的實施例, 參照圖面說明。 本發明的三方密封薄膜包裝機,是如第1圖、第2圖 、第3圖所示,將被包裝物2 〇由供給輸送帶3進行供給 搬運’藉由成型器2被包裝薄膜11包覆,由縱密封器4、 4'進行熔接,由中央輸送帶6進行搬運,藉由橫密封器5 ' 5'的熔接熔斷形成預定包袋長的三方密封包袋20a,由 搬出輸送帶7搬出者。這種包裝動作的縱密封器4、4,、 橫密封器5、5,及中央輸送帶6,是如以下說明,藉由控制 部9a(第1丨圖)被驅動。 201043535 如第9圖、第1 0圖所示,本發明的實施例的三方密 封薄膜包裝機所使用的框架100,是由下縱樑l〇la、l〇lb 、101c、上縱樑102、下橫樑l〇3a、l〇3b、上橫樑104a、 104b、柱樑 105a、 105b、 105c、 106a、 106b、 106c、 106d 、補強樑1 07a、l〇7b、l〇7c所形成。這些的樑是使用例 如由不銹鋼材所構成的圓筒管,各棟間是由T字形接頭J 被結合。 〇 補強樑1 0 7 a被設在下縱樑1 0 1 a及上縱樑i 〇 2之間。 供給輸送帶3,是被柱樑l〇6a、補強樑i〇7c支撐。 在由上縱樑102、柱樑l〇6a、l〇6b、106c、106d所形 成的框架中設有傳導、控制盒9。 在由下縱樑101a、101b、l〇lc、上橫樑i〇4a、104b 、柱樑105a、105b、105c、106c所形成的框架中設有橫 密封器5、51。 供給輸送帶3 ’是從被安裝於傳導、控制盒9的外側 〇 的供給輸送帶馬達M3透過被安裝於傳導、控制盒9的內 側的傳導部9b被驅動(第3圖 '第!丨圖)。 縱密封器4、4',是從被安裝於傳導、控制盒9的外 側的縱密封器馬達M2透過被安裝於傳導、控制盒9的內 側的傳導部9c被驅動(第3圖、第1 1圖)。 中央輸送帶6及搬出輸送帶7透過傳導部9c被同步 驅動(第3圖、第11圖)。 在傳導、控制盒9中’設有:供設定各種參數用的設 定操作盤10、及進行始動/停止等的操作用的操作盤13(第 -9- 201043535 1 1 圖)。 設於傳導、控制盒9的控制部9a,是用來控制將對應 藉由設定操作盤10被設定的參數包裝動作的縱密封器4、 4’、橫密封器5、5’及中央輸送帶6等,檢出橫密封器5、 5’的運動從橫密封器原點感測器74、橫密封器變速感測器 75使控制訊號被輸入,且將供給輸送帶3的給進量由包裝 長編碼器72檢出,使其控制訊號被輸入。 一對的橫密封器5、5^是由橫連結桿57被連結且沿 著被植立在定位置線性桿56可往復滑動自如地被設置(第 5圖)。 本發明的三方密封薄膜包裝機,是如第4圖、第5圖 所示,具備與包裝薄膜11的搬運速度同步使彼此之間接 近/遠離的方式將一對的橫密封器5、5'朝上下驅動的雙曲 軸機構3 5。 雙曲軸機構3 5,具備:由橫密封器驅動馬達Μ1被驅 動的橫密封器驅動齒輪3 3及由橫密封器從動齒輪3 2所構 成的驅動部34、及由驅動部34被轉動的橫密封器曲軸3〇 、及由橫密封器曲軸3 0被運動變換並將一對的橫密封器5 、5’的下密封器5朝上下驅動的下密封器連接桿52、及由 橫密封器曲軸2 8被運動變換並將一對的橫密封器的上密 封器5,朝上下驅動的上密封器連接桿26°在雙曲軸機構 3 5中,藉由橫密封器曲軸3 0、及橫密封器曲軸2 8、及橫 密封器曲軸銷29被固定。下密封器連接桿52是透過軸承 29’被樞合在橫密封器曲軸銷29。上密封器連結桿26是由 -10- 201043535 被固定於橫密封器曲軸28的橫密封器曲軸銷27所連結。 橫密封器曲軸30是被固定於驅動軸31,驅動軸31是被固 定於橫密封器從動齒輪32,橫密封器從動齒輪32是與由 橫密封器驅動馬達Μ 1所驅動的橫密封器驅動齒輪3 3嚙合 〇 且’本發明的三方密封薄膜包裝機,是如第4圖(a)、 (b)、第5圖、第7圖所示’具備滑件曲軸機構50,使從 〇 朝包裝薄膜Π的接觸時點La直到包裝薄膜1 1的遠離時 點Lb爲止與包裝薄膜11的搬運速度同步地將使一對的橫 密封器5、5'移動,從遠離包裝薄膜11的時點Lb直到朝 包裝薄膜11的接觸時點La爲止從包裝薄膜11的搬運速 度變速使一對的橫密封器5、5’擺動(第8圖)。 滑件曲軸機構50,具備:由橫密封器驅動馬達Ml被 驅動的橫密封器驅動齒輪3 3及由橫密封器從動齒輪3 2所 構成的驅動部34、及由驅動部34被轉動的橫密封器曲軸 Ο 30、及由定位置被固定於線性桿56且使被卡止於可擺動 自如的橫密封器擺動軸54的兩端部的滾子5 1與長孔52b 嵌合藉由橫密封器曲軸30的轉動而擺動作滑動將一對橫 密封器5、5'擺動的橫密封器滑件52a。雙曲軸機構35及 滑件曲軸機構50的橫密封器擺動軸54及驅動軸31是貫 通橫密封器驅動框架5 8地被設置。橫密封器驅動框架5 8 是由一對的安裝台59(第9圖)透過台座60被支撐。 又’下密封器5被固定於下密封器安裝台5 3,下密封 器安裝台53被安裝於一對的橫密封器滑件SZa的上端。 -11 -   1. 201043535 七、申請專利範圍: 1· 一種三方密封薄膜包裝機,將被包覆物藉由成型器 被包裝薄膜包覆,藉由縱密封器的熔接及一對的橫密封器 的熔接熔斷形成預定包袋長的三方密封包袋,其特徵爲: 前述一對的橫密封器,是由各別被裝設於被平行配置 的縱樑、橫樑、柱樑所形成的框架,且沿著被植立在定位 置的線性桿可往復滑動自如地被設置, 0 具備: 雙曲軸機構,與前述包裝薄膜的搬運速度同步地使彼 此之間接近/遠離的方式將前述一對的橫密封器朝上下驅 動;及 滑件曲軸機構,從朝前述包裝薄膜的接觸時點直到遠 離前述包裝薄膜的時點爲止與前述包裝薄膜的搬運速度同 步地使前述一對的橫密封器移動,從遠離前述包裝薄膜的 時點直到朝前述包裝薄膜的接觸時點爲止從前述包裝薄膜 〇 的搬運速度變速使前述一對的橫密封器擺動。 2 ·如申請專利範圍第1項的三方密封薄膜包裝機,其 中,前述雙曲軸機構,具備:由橫密封器驅動馬達被驅動 的驅動部、及由前述驅動部被轉動的橫密封器曲軸、及由 前述橫密封器曲軸被運動變換且將前述一對的橫密封器的 下密封器朝上下驅動的下密封器連接桿、及由前述橫密封 器曲軸被運動變換且將前述一對的橫密封器的上密封器朝 上下驅動的上密封器連接桿。 3 .如申請專利範圍第1項的三方密封薄膜包裝機,其 -19 — 201043535 中’前述滑件曲軸機構’具備:由橫密封器驅動馬達被驅 動的驅動部、及由前述驅動部被轉動的橫密封器曲軸、及 由前述定位置被固定於前述線性桿且可擺動自如的橫密封 器擺動軸是嵌合藉由前述橫密封器曲軸的轉動而擺動作滑 動使前述一對的橫密封器擺動的橫密封器滑件。 4.如申請專利範圍第1項的三方密封薄膜包裝機,其 中,具備第1控制電路’可控制使:供驅動將前述包裝薄 膜搬運的供給輸送帶用的供給輸送帶馬達'及將前述中央 輸送帶及前述縱密封器旋轉驅動的縱密封器馬達,與前述 包裝薄膜的搬運速度同步。 5 ·如申請專利範圍第3項的三方密封薄膜包裝機,其 中’具備第2控制電路,將前述橫密封器驅動馬達,從朝 前述包裝薄膜的接觸時點直到遠離前述包裝薄膜的時點爲 止與前述包裝薄膜的搬運速度同步地使前述一對的橫密封 器移動’且從遠離前述包裝薄膜的時點直到朝前述包裝薄 膜的接觸時點爲止從前述包裝薄膜的搬運速度變速使前述 一對的橫密封器擺動的方式進行控制。 6 ·如申請專利範圍第4或5項的三方密封薄膜包裝機 ’其中,在由前述縱樑、橫樑、柱樑所形成的前述框架中 設置傳導、控制盒, 在前述傳導、控制盒的外側安裝前述供給輸送帶馬達 及則述縱密封器馬達’在內側安裝:從前述供給輸送帶馬 達朝則述供給輸送帶的傳導部、及從前述縱密封器馬達朝 前述縱密封器的傳導部。 -20-
