如可以从上面的说明中明确的那样,根据本发明的三面密封薄膜包装机,进行上下一对横向密封机的接近、离开的驱动和往复移动的机构是简单的,制造和保养容易,不产生噪音,而且制造成本低廉。在由纵梁、横梁、柱梁形成的框架上设置有传动、控制箱,通过在内侧安装从供应输送机马达向供应输送机传动的传动部、从纵向密封机马达向纵向密封机传动的传动部,即使尘埃落到框架内,其清扫也变得简便,特别是在与食品领域有关的包装中,可以提供颇为良好的卫生环境。

具体实施方式
下面,参照附图对于本发明的三面密封薄膜包装机的实施方式例进行说明。
本发明的三面密封薄膜包装机,如图1、图2、图3所示,利用供应输送机3供应输送被包装物20,利用成形机2包覆到包装薄膜11中,利用纵向密封机4、4’进行熔接,用中央输送机6进行输送,利用横向密封机5、5’的熔接熔断来形成规定包装袋长度的三面密封包装袋20a,利用输出输送机7进行输出。进行这种包装动作的纵向密封机4、4’、横向密封机5、5’及中央输送机6如下面将要说明的那样由控制部9a(图11)驱动。
如图9、图10所示,在作为本发明的实施方式例的三面密封薄膜包装机中使用的框架100由下纵梁101a、101b、101c、上纵梁102、下横梁103a、103b、上横梁104a、104b、柱梁105a、105b、105c、106a、106b、106c、106d、加强梁107a、107b、107c形成。这些梁,使用由例如不锈钢材料构成的圆筒管,各个梁之间用T字形接头J连接。
加强梁107a设置在下纵梁101a与上纵梁102之间。
供应输送机3由柱梁106a、加强梁107c支承。
在由上纵梁102、柱梁106a、106b、106c、106d形成的框架上设置传动、控制箱9。
在由下纵梁101a、101b、101c、上横梁104a、104b、柱梁105a、105b、105c、106c形成的框架上设置横向密封机5、5’。
供应输送机3由安装在传动、控制箱9的外侧的供应输送机马达M3通过安装在传动、控制箱9的内侧的传动部9b进行驱动(图3、图11)。
纵向密封机4、4’由安装在传动、控制箱9的外侧的纵向密封机马达M2通过安装在传动、控制箱9的内侧的传动部9c进行驱动(图3,图11)。
中央输送机6及输出输送机7由传动部9c同步地驱动(图3、图11)。
在传动、控制箱9上设置用于设定各种参数的设定面板10和用于进行起动、停止等操作的操作面板13(图11)。
设置在传动、控制箱9中的控制部9a根据利用设定面板10设定的参数,控制进行包装动作的纵向密封机4、4’、横向密封机5、5’以及中央输送机6等,检测出横向密封机5、5’的运动,从横向密封机原点传感器74、横向密封机变速传感器75输入控制信号,另外,利用包装长度编码器72检测供应输送机3的进给量,输入该控制信号。
一对横向密封机5、5’沿着竖立地设置在规定位置的直杆56自由往复滑动地设置(图5)。
如图4、图5所示,本发明的三面密封薄膜包装机配备有双曲柄机构35,所述双曲柄机构35以与包装薄膜11的输送速度同步地相互接近、离开的方式上下驱动一对横向密封机5、5’。
双曲柄机构35包括:驱动部34,所述驱动部34由被横向密封机马达M1驱动的横向密封机驱动齿轮33及横向密封机从动齿轮32构成;横向密封机曲柄30,所述横向密封机曲柄30由驱动部34转动;下部密封机连接杆52,所述下部密封机连接杆52由横向密封机曲柄30进行运动变换,上下驱动一对横向密封机5、5’的下部密封机5;上部密封机连接杆26,所述上部密封机连接杆26由横向密封机曲柄28进行运动变换,上下驱动一对横向密封机的上部密封机5’。在双曲柄机构35中,横向密封机曲柄30、横向密封机曲柄28由横向密封机曲柄销29固定。下部密封机连接杆52经由轴承29’枢转地安装到横向密封机曲柄销29上。
另外,如图4(a)、(b)、图5、图7所示,本发明的三面密封薄膜包装机配备有滑块曲柄机构50,所述滑块曲柄机构50从向包装薄膜11接触的时刻La到离开包装薄膜11的时刻Lb,使一对横向密封机5、5’与包装薄膜11的输送速度同步地移动,从离开包装薄膜11的时刻Lb到向包装薄膜11接触的时刻La,从包装薄膜11的输送速度变速地摆动一对横向密封机5、5’(图8)。
滑块曲柄机构50包括:驱动部34,所述驱动部34由被横向密封机驱动马达M1驱动的横向密封机驱动齿轮33及横向密封机从动齿轮32构成;横向密封机曲柄30,所述横向密封机曲柄30被驱动部34旋转;横向密封机滑块52a,在规定位置被固定到直杆56上且卡定到可自由摆动的横向密封机摆动轴54的两端部上的滚子51嵌合到所述横向密封机滑块52a的长孔52b中,横向密封机滑块52a通过横向密封机曲柄30的转动进行摆动、滑动,从而摆动一对横向密封机5、5’。
另外,下部密封机5固定到下部密封机安装台53上,下部密封机安装台53被安装到一对横向密封机滑块52a的上端。上部密封机5’利用安装有弹簧23的上部密封机安装部24可向上方自由弹拨地固定到上部密封机安装台25上,上部密封机安装台25枢转地安装到一对上部密封机连接杆26的上端。
在本发明的三面密封薄膜包装机中,控制部9a包括第一控制电路70,所述第一控制电路70以与包装薄膜11的输送速度同步的方式控制供应输送机马达M3和纵向密封机马达M2,所述供应输送机马达M3驱动输送包装薄膜11的供应输送机3,所述纵向密封机马达M2旋转驱动中央输送机6及纵向密封机4、4’(图1、图3、图10、图11)。
在本发明的三面密封薄膜包装机中,控制部9a包括第二控制电路71,所述第一控制电路71以下述方式控制横向密封机驱动马达M1,所述方式为:从向包装薄膜11接触的时刻La到离开包装薄膜11的时刻Lb,与包装薄膜11的输送速度同步地使一对横向密封机5、5’移动,从离开包装薄膜11的时刻Lb到向包装薄膜11接触的时刻La,从包装薄膜11的输送速度变速地摆动一对横向密封机5、5’(图1、图3、图10、图11)。
在这样构成的三面密封薄膜包装机中,操作者预先将包装薄膜11经由薄膜张紧器12从成形机2导向纵向密封机4、4’,准备由成形机2利用包装薄膜11包覆被包装物20的三面密封包装袋。另外,对各个密封机的加热器36、37(图11)预先通电进行温度控制,以便利用纵向密封机4、4’熔接包装薄膜11,用横向密封机5、5’将包装薄膜11熔接熔断。
操作者将被包装物20载置到供应输送机3上,当按下操作面板13的包装开始按钮(图中未示出)时,从安装在传动、控制箱9外侧的供应输送机马达M3借助安装在传动、控制箱9内侧的传动部9b驱动供应输送机3。
同时,设置在传动、控制箱9上的控制部9a利用包装长度编码器72检测供应输送机3的进给量,输入其控制信号。
纵向密封机4、4’,利用控制部9a的第二控制电路71,从安装在传动、控制箱9的外侧的纵向密封机马达M2,借助安装在传导、控制箱9内侧的传动部9c,被旋转驱动,对由成形机2赋予了三面密封包装袋形状的包装薄膜11进行纵向密封。
通过中央输送机6被传动部9c驱动,被纵向密封且内部包装了被包装物20的包装薄膜11被送入一对横向密封机5、5’。
设置在传动、控制箱9上的控制部9a检测横向密封机5、5’的运动,从横向密封机原点传感器74、横向密封机变速传感器75输入控制信号。
双曲柄机构35借助控制部9a的第一控制电路70,利用由被横向密封机驱动马达M1驱动的横向密封机驱动齿轮33及横向密封机从动齿轮32构成的驱动部34旋转的横向密封机曲柄30进行运动变换,利用下部密封机连接杆52上下驱动一对横向密封机5、5’的下密封机5,并且,利用横向密封机曲柄28进行运动变换,利用上部密封机连接杆26上下驱动一对横向密封机的上密封机5’。这样,双曲柄机构35以与包装薄膜11的输送速度同步地相互接近、离开的方式,即,偏移180°相位地上下驱动一对横向密封机5、5’(图6(a)、(b))。
同时,对于滑块曲柄机构50,利用由被横向密封机驱动马达M1驱动的横向密封机驱动齿轮33及横向密封机从动齿轮32构成的驱动部34转动横向密封机曲柄30,并且,利用横密封机滑块52a在规定位置固定到直杆56上且卡定到自由摆动的横向密封机摆动轴54的两端部的滚子51,被配合到长孔52b中,借助横向密封机曲柄30的转动进行摆动、滑动,从而摆动一对横向密封机5、5’(图4(a)、(b))。
即,利用滑块曲柄机构50,从向包装薄膜11接触的时刻La到离开包装薄膜11的时刻Lb,与包装薄膜11的输送速度同步地使一对横向密封机5、5’移动,从离开包装薄膜11的时刻Lb到向包装薄膜11接触的时刻La,从包装薄膜11的输送速度变速地摆动一对横向密封机5、5’(图7、图8)。
在这种情况下,如图7、图8所示,由于一对横向密封机5、5’夹着包覆了被包装物20的包装薄膜11所通过的中心线CL、在上下方向上重叠,所以,可以利用设置在上密封机21上的弹簧23吸收其退避量。另外,该弹簧23也起着适度地限制一对横向密封机5、5’对包装薄膜11的熔接熔断压力的作用。
这样,一对横向密封机5、5’将180°相位偏移的上下运动和往复摆动合成,进行描绘图7所示的合成轨迹UL、LL的运动,通过一对横向密封机5、5’的熔接熔断,使供应输送机3的进给量与利用包装长度编码器72计测、由设定面板10设定的参数相对应地形成规定包装袋长度的三面密封包装袋20a。
这样形成的三面密封包装袋20a被由传动部9c驱动的输出输送机7输出。

Claims (6)

1.一种三面密封薄膜包装机,利用成形机将被包装物包覆到包装薄膜中,通过纵向密封机的熔接及一对横向密封机的熔接熔断,形成规定包装袋长度的三面密封包装袋,其特征在于,
所述一对横向密封机安装在由分别平行配置的纵梁、横梁、柱梁形成的框架上,并且沿着竖立设置在固定位置的直杆自由往复滑动地设置,
所述三面密封薄膜包装机包括:
双曲柄机构,所述双曲柄机构以与所述包装薄膜的输送速度同步地相互接近、离开的方式上下驱动所述一对横向密封机;
滑块曲柄机构,所述滑块曲柄机构从向所述包装薄膜接触的时刻到离开所述包装薄膜的时刻,与所述包装薄膜的输送速度同步地使所述一对横向密封机移动,从离开所述包装薄膜的时刻到向所述包装薄膜接触的时刻,从所述包装薄膜的输送速度变速地摆动所述一对横向密封机。
2.如权利要求1所述的三面密封薄膜包装机,其特征在于,所述双曲柄机构包括:由横向密封机驱动马达驱动的驱动部;由所述驱动部旋转的横向密封机曲柄;利用所述横向密封机曲柄进行运动变换、上下驱动所述一对横向密封机的下密封机的下密封机连接杆;利用所述横向密封机曲柄进行运动变换、上下驱动所述一对横向密封机的上密封机的上密封机连接杆。
3.如权利要求1所述的三面密封薄膜包装机,其特征在于,所述滑块曲柄机构包括:驱动部,所述驱动部由横向密封机驱动马达驱动;横向密封机曲柄,所述横向密封机曲柄由所述驱动部转动;横向密封机滑块,在固定位置被固定到直杆上,自由摆动的横密封机摆动轴嵌合到该横向密封机滑块上,并且该横向密封机滑块借助所述横向密封机曲柄的转动进行摆动、滑动,从而摆动一对横向密封机。
4.如权利要求1所述的三面密封薄膜包装机,其特征在于,包括:第一控制电路,所述第一控制电路与所述包装薄膜的输送速度同步地控制供应输送机马达和纵向密封机马达,所述供应输送机马达驱动输送所述包装薄膜的供应输送机,所述纵向密封机马达旋转驱动所述中央输送机及所述纵向密封机。
5.如权利要求3所述的三面密封薄膜包装机,其特征在于,包括第二控制电路,所述第二控制电路对所述横向密封机驱动马达进行控制,使得从向所述包装薄膜接触的时刻到离开所述包装薄膜的时刻,与所述包装薄膜的输送速度同步地使所述一对横向密封机移动,从离开所述包装薄膜的时刻到向所述包装薄膜接触的时刻,从所述包装薄膜的输送速度变速地摆动所述一对横向密封机。
6.如权利要求4或5所述的三面密封薄膜包装机,其特征在于,
在由所述纵梁、横梁、柱梁形成的所述框架上设置有传动、控制箱,
在所述传动、控制箱的外侧安装有所述供应输送机马达及所述纵向密封机马达,在内侧安装有从所述供应输送机马达向所述供应输送机传动的传动部、从所述纵向密封机马达向所述纵向密封机传动的传动部。
