Abstract
Buluş, ağırlıkça yüzde olarak 0.04 - 0.08 oranında bir karbon içeriğine sahip olan ve niyobyum ve titanyum barındıran düşük alaşımlı çelikten, 2 - 12 mm?lik bir kalınlığa sahip olan bir sıcak haddelenmiş çelik şerit ürünün imal edilmesine yönelik bir yöntem ile ilgilidir. Çelik şerit ürün için, eğilme özellikleri de dahil olmak üzere iyi mekanik özelliklerin elde edilmesi amacıyla bir çelik iş parçası 1200 - 1350°C?lik bir östenitleme sıcaklığında östenitlenmektedir; çelik iş parçası bir ön haddeleme adımında sıcak haddelenmektedir; ön haddelenmiş çelik iş parçası; son geçişte iş parçası için 760 - 960°C?lik bir haddeleme sıcaklığına ulaşılacak şekilde bir şerit haddeleme makinesinde haddelenmektedir, ve çelik şerit ürün, 30 - 150°C/sn.?lik bir soğutma hızında en fazla 300°C?lik bir sıcaklığa tek adımlı bir soğutma ile şerit haddeleme makinesinden son geçişinden sonra doğrudan menevişlenmektedir, doğrudan menevişleme son geçişten 15 sn. içerisinde gerçekleştirilmektedir. Buluş aynı zamanda bir çelik şerit ürün ile ilgilidir.
