Abstract
THERE ARE PROVIDED A COLD-ROLLED STEEL SHEET HAVING EXCELLENT FORMABILITY AND SHAPE FIXABILITY AFTER AGING AND A METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE COLD-ROLLED STEEL SHEET. THE COLD-ROLLED STEEL SHEET CONTAINS C: 0.01% TO 0.05%, SI: 0.05% OR LESS, MN: 0.1% TO 0.5%, P: 0.05% OR LESS, S: 0.02% OR LESS, A1: 0.02% TO 0.10%, AND N: 0.005% OR LESS, AND THE REMAINDER OF IRON AND INCIDENTAL IMPURITIES. THE COLD-ROLLED STEEL SHEET HAS A STRUCTURE MAINLY COMPOSED OF A FERRITE PHASE. THE FERRITE PHASE HAS AN AVERAGE GRAIN SIZE IN THE RANGE OF 10 TO 20 µM. THE STANDARD DEVIATION σA OF THE NATURAL LOGARITHMS OF INDIVIDUAL FERRITE GRAIN SIZES DIVIDED BY THE AVERAGE GRAIN SIZE IS 0.30 OR MORE. THE STEEL SHEET IS MANUFACTURED BY, IN ANNEALING AFTER COLD ROLLING, HEATING THE STEEL SHEET AT A TEMPERATURE IN THE RANGE OF 600°C TO A SOAKING TEMPERATURE AT AN AVERAGE HEATING RATE IN THE RANGE OF 1°C TO 30°C/S, SOAKING THE STEEL SHEET AT A TEMPERATURE IN THE RANGE OF 800°C TO 900°C FOR 30 TO 200 SECONDS, COOLING THE STEEL SHEET AT A TEMPERATURE IN THE RANGE OF THE SOAKING TEMPERATURE TO 550°C AT AN AVERAGE COOLING RATE IN THE RANGE OF 3°C TO 30°C/S, HOLDING THE STEEL SHEET AT A TEMPERATURE IN THE RANGE OF 500°C TO 300°C FOR 30 SECONDS OR MORE, AND IMPOSING A STRAIN OF AN ELONGATION PERCENTAGE IN THE RANGE OF 0.5% TO 2.0% ON THE STEEL SHEET AT ROOM TEMPERATURE.
