Abstract
Bir yüksek fırın içine yüksek fırın ham malzemesinin doldurulmasına yönelik bir yöntem olup, kok ve sinterlenmiş cevher, pelet veya parça cevher gibi cevher malzemesi içeren yüksek fırın ham malzemesi bir döner oluk kullanılarak yüksek fırın içine doldurulduğunda aşağıdakileri içermektedir: karıştırılmış malzeme üretmek için kok ile cevher malzemesinin karıştırılması; ve yüksek fırında daha önceden belirlenmiş bir bölgede bir karışım katmanı oluşturmak için yüksek fırın içine karıştırılmış malzemenin doldurulması, burada karıştırılmış malzeme, karışım katmanının homojenliğini bu şekilde geliştirmek için 1.5 t/sn veya daha fazla tahliye oranında yüksek fırın içine tahliye edilmektedir.
