Abstract

Bir yüksek fırına ham madde yüklemek için yüksek fırındaki reaktiviteyi artırabilen ve indirgeme ajanı oranını düşürebilen bir yöntem temin edilir. Yöntem şunları içerir: bir yüklemede yüklenecek toplam kok miktarının kütle olarak %25-80?i miktarında kokun yüksek fırına yüklenmesiyle bir kok tabakası oluşturulması; ve kalan kokun kütle olarak %10 veya daha fazla asit peletleri içeren bir yüklemede yüklenecek cevher malzemesiyle karıştırılmasıyla elde edilen bir karma ham maddenin, kok tabakası üstüne, birinci partide karıştırılan kokun partikül büyüklüğü 15-40 mm olacak ve birinci parti, boyutsuz boğaz yarıçapı 0-0,8 olan bir aralıkta yüklenecek ve kalan karma ham madde, boyutsuz boğaz yarıçapı 0,6-1,0 olan bir aralıkta ikinci parti olarak yüklenecek şekilde iki parti halinde yüklenmesi.
