一种混凝土外加剂的制备方法,包括:步骤1,将壳聚糖、烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚、单丙烯酸聚乙二醇酯、甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸酐混合后进行搅拌;步骤2,边滴加引发剂边进行搅拌,反应1~24h,得到混凝土外加剂;所述引发剂的用量为反应物总质量的1%~2%。本发明提供的制备方法简单,生产成本较低,生产出的外加剂不仅减水率高,且能够明显改善混凝土易离析、泌水现象。本发明在各组分的共同作用下,大幅提高混凝土的和易性,能够提高混凝土的流动性,防止过早的干燥凝结。

背景技术
混凝土是建筑不可以缺少的材料,随着建筑行业的发展,混凝土的使用也越来越频繁,混凝土需求量逐年上涨,传统矿物掺合料已经出现供不应求的趋势。随着科学技术的不断进步,尤其是外加剂的使用,使得混凝土在性能上得到了显著的提高。

本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,提供一种混凝土外加剂的制备方法。
