POLISAKKARIT LIF VE BUNUN ÜRETIMINE ILISKIN YÖNTEM
Mevcut bulus, lif olusturan malzeme olarak d(l->3) glukan
içeren polisakkarit liflerin üretilmesine yönelik yöntem
ayrica bundan üretilecek lifler ve kullanimlariyla ilgilidir.
Teknigin mevcut durumu
Yenilenebilir ham maddelerden kazanilabilecek malzemeler
olarak polisakkaritlerin rolü giderek artmaktadir. En çok
görülen polisakaritlerden biri selülozdur. Neredeyse sadece
selülozdan olusan pamuklu lifler polisakkarittlerin önemini
vurgulayan bir örnektir. Fakat örn. selülozlu sentetik lifler
gibi diger selülozlu ham maddelerden kazanilan malzemelerin
önemi giderek artmaktadir.

Viskoz ve modal türü liflerin büyük ölçekli üretimine yönelik
sadece bir yöntem ve Viskoz yöntemi ve türevleri
kullanilmaktaydi.
Uzmanlar` bu yöntemin nasil uygulanacagini genel olarak uzun
süredir birçok patent ve diger yayinlardan bilmektedir. Modal
liflerin üretilmesine yönelik yöntem örnegin AT 287.905 B
numarali patentten bilinmektedir.
CSZ'nin bilinen Viskoz yöntemi 2'de önemli görevleri vardir:
1” Alkali solüsyonla çözünebilir olan ksantatin alkali
selüloz ile tepkime
2. “Iplik egirme banyosu etkisi”
Viskoz iplik egirme banyosunda kolloid kimyasal (natrium
selüloz ksantatin koagülasyonu) ve kimyasal (ksantatin hidrat
selüloz olarak parçalanmasi) islemler paralel
gerçeklestirilmektedir. Her ikisine de kullanilan CSZ etki
etmektedir.
Viskoz yönteminin yeni kaynak ve çevre koruyan liyosel
yöntemine kiyasla çok önemli bir dezavantaji vardir: Büyük
miktarlarda CSZ ve kostik soda kullanimi. Bu sorun modal
liflerin büyük ölçülerde üretilmesiyle ilgilidir. Diger
metinde Viskoz yöntemi veya Viskoz lif kavrami tüm viskoz
yöntemleri ve modal yöntem dahil dönüsümler ayrica bu sekilde
üretilen lifler için kullanilir.
Viskoz yönteminde simdiye kadar kullanilan selüloz ham maddesi
özellikle odundan üretilen selülozdur. Birçok arastirmaya
ragmen simdiye kadar Viskoz teknolojisine dayanan, CSZ veya
NAOH kullanimini önemli ölçüde azaltabilecek hiçbir yöntem
gelistirilemedi.
US 7,000,000 numarali patent, esasen heksoz tekrarlama
birimlerinden olusan bir polisakkarit solüsyonlarin
egrilmesiyle d(1->3) glikosidik baglardan birlestirilerek elde
edilen lifleri açiklamaktadir. Bu polisakkaritler sakkorozun
glikoz transferaziyla (Gth) streptokok salgisindan izole
olarak sulu solüsyonla temas ettirilerek üretilebilir (Simpson
baglamda buralarda diger baglama konfigürasyonlarinin
olusabilecegi polisakkarit zincirleri içinde tek tük
kusurlarin meydana gelebilecegi anlamina gelmektedir. Bu
polisakkaritler mevcut bulusun amaci dogrultusunda “d(l->3)
US 7,000,000 numarali patent, d(1->3) glukanin
monosakkaritlerden enzimatik üretimine yönelik seçenekleri
açiklamaktadir. Bu sekilde polimer zincirler monomer
bilesenlerden olusturulabilecegi için nispeten kisa Zincirli
polisakkaritler monomer bileseni kaybi olmadan üretilebilir.
Reaktörlerde sadece cüzi bir durma süresi gerektigi için kisa
Zincirli selüloz moleküllerin üretimine kiyasla d(1->3) glukan
üretimi polimer zincirler ne kadar kisa olursa daha uygun
maliyetli olur.
US 7,000,000 numarali patente göre d(l->3) glukan, tercihen
asetil türetilebilir. Solüsyon maddesi tercihen organik
asittir, organik halojen bilesimidir, florlu alkol veya bu tür
bilesenlerin karisimidir. Bu solüsyonlar çok pahalidir ve
yeniden üretilmeleri zahmetlidir.
Arastirmalar «(l^3) glukanin seyreltilmis sodyum› hidroksitte
(yakl. %4 ila 5,5) çözündügünü göstermektedir.
NMMO ile solüsyon olarak egrilerek elde edilmis lif olusturan
madde olarak d(l->3) glukanli lifleri açiklamaktadir.
Aminoksit yöntemi genel olarak viskoz veya modal yöntemine
göre farkli tasarlanmaktadir ve tamamen farkli üretim sistemi
gerektirmektedir. Viskoz üretim sistemi basit dönüstürme
önlemleriyle aminoksit yönteme geçirilebilir.
glukanin kullanilmasina yönelik rejenerat selüloz liflerin
üretilmesi için seçenekleri açiklamaktadir. Selülozik
rejenarat lifler için birlestirilecek birçok farkli üretim
yöntemlerini açiklamaktadir, fakat ayrintilara girmemektedir.
US 3,600,379 numarali patent, düsük NaOH ve CSZ konsantrasyonu
ile çalisilan ve bunlarla iyi filtre degerlerine ulasilmasi
gereken egirme solüsyonunun üretilmesine yönelik modifiye
edilmis yöntemi açiklamaktadir. Fakat US 3,600,379 numarali
patentte sadece asagidaki egirme islemleri bu egirme solüsyonu
ile açiklanmamistir ayni zamanda bununla kaliteli veya hangi
kalitede selüloz liflerinin edinilmesi gerektigi de
açiklanmaktadir.
Teknigin bilinen. bu durumuna kiyasla bununla CSZ ve kostik
sodanin kullanim. miktarinin üretilen birim. life göre ciddi
oranda azaltilabilecegi polisakkarit liflerin üretilmesine
yönelik alternatif bir yöntemin kullanima sunulmasi
amaçlanmaktadir.

Böylece viskoz türevi lif üretilebilir. Lif olusturan
maddelere iliski maksimum %30 CS2, tercihen %25'ten daha az
CS2 ve özellikle tercih edildigi üzere %15'ten daha az CSZ
kullanilmaktadir. Tercihen lif olusturan malzemede
hesaplanarak CSZ'nin kütlesel yüzdesinin kullanini miktari 5
ile 30 arasindadir, tercihen %5 ila 25, özellikle tercih
edildigi üzere %5 ile 15 arasindadir. Bu tür bir lif mevcut
bulusun amaçlari dogrultusunda selüloz yerine diger lif
olusturan polisakarit yani d(1->3) glukan içermesine ragmen
Viskoz lif olarak da tanimlanabilir.
Modifiye edilmis bu süreçte CSZ'de selüloz durumundaki gibi
polisakkarit solüsyonu için kostik sodanin gerekmedigi
sasirtici sekilde tespit edilmistir, bunun aksine sadece iplik
egirme banyosunda lif olusumunun yavaslatilmasi için
kullanilir.
Iplik egirme solüsyonundaki NaOH konsantrasyonun kütlesel
yüzdesi bulus geregi %4,0 ile 5,5 arasinda olmalidir, iplik
egirme solüsyonunun toplam miktarina göre hesaplanmaktadir. Bu
araligin disinda glukanin çözünürlügü yeterli degildir.
Mevcut bulusun amaçlari dogrultusunda “lif” kavrami hem
tanimlanmis kesim. uzunluklu sentetik lifleri heni de
kesintisiz cam liflerini kapsamalidir. Bulusun asagida
açiklanan tüm prensipleri genel olarak hem sentetik lifler hem
de kesintisiz cam lifleri için geçerlidir.
Bulus konusu liflerin teklilestirilen lifleri 0,1 ile 10 dtex
(gr/10000metre ip agirligi) arasinda olabilir. Tercih edildigi
üzere 0,5 ile 6,5 dtex ve özellikle tercih edildigi üzre 0,9
ile 6,0 dtex arasindadir. Sentetik lif durumunda kesim
uzunlugu alisilageldigi üzere 0,5 ile 120 mm, tercihen 20 ile
70 mm ve özelikle tercih edildigi üzere 35 ile 60 mm
arasindadir. Kesintisiz cam lifleri durumunda filament
iplikteki tekli filamentlerin sayisi 50 ile 10.000 arasinda,
tercihen 50 ile 3.000 arasindadir.
d(1->3) glukanlar sakkorozun glikoz transferaziyla (Gth)
streptokok salgisindan izole olarak sulu solüsyonla temas
ettirilerek üretilebilir (Simpson et al. Microbiology, vol 41,
Bulus konusu yöntemin tercih edilen uygulama seklinde d(1->3)
glukan en az %90 monosakkarit birimlerden olusmaktadir ve
monosakkarit birimlerin en az %50'si d(1->3) glikosidik
baglarla birlestirilmektedir.
Bulus konusu liflerin üretilmesine yönelik yöntem su
adimlardan olusmaktadir:
1.Seyreltilmis kostik sodada a(1-Z3) glukan solüsyonunun
üretilmesi
2 CS2'nin ilave edilmesi ve karistirilmasi; iplik egirme
solüsyonunun kisa süre olgunlastirilmasi, filtrelenmesi ve
havalandirilmasi
3.d(1->3) glukan içeren iplik egirme solüsyonunun sülfürik
asitli iplik egirme banyosundaki enjektörlerle bükülerek
uzatilmasi, liflerin gerilmesi ve kür islemi.
Lif olusturan maddenin iplik egirme solüsyonundaki
konsantrasyonun kütlesel yüzdesi %4 ila 18 arasinda, tercihen
ortalamasi DPW olarak ifade edilen kullanilan d(1->3) glukanin
polimerizasyon derecesi 200 ile 2000 arasinda olabilir;
degerler tercihen 500 ile 1000 arasindadir.
Mevcut bir diger bulusun konusu selüloz ve d(1->3) glukan
içeren viskoz veya modal liftir.
Tercih edilen uygulama seklinde bulus konusu viskoz lifteki
ve monosakkarit birimlerin en az %50'si d(1->3) glikosidik
baglarla birlestirilmektedir.
Mevcut bulun bir diger konusu da bulus konusu liflerin çesitli
kuru ve islak koyulan kagitlarin, keçe maddelerin; tamponlar,
kadin pedleri ve çocuk bezleri gibi hijyenik ürünlerin ve
digerler keçe maddelerin özellikle emici dokunmamis ürünlerin
fakat iplik, dokuma, örgü veya yün örgü gibi tekstil ürünlerin
üretilmesine yönelik kullanimidir.
Asagida bulus, örneklerin yardimi ile daha ayrintili
açiklanacaktirx Bulus sadece buu örneklerle sinirli degildir,
ayni zamanda ayni üretken konsepte dayanan tüm diger uygulama
sekillerini de kapsamaktadir.
Örnekler
A(1->3) glukanlarin polimerizasyon derecesi GPC ile
DMAc/LiCI'de belirlenmektedir. Asagida daima polimerizasyon
derecesinin (DPW) agirlik ortalamasi belirtilir.
Örnek 1: %9,1 d(l->3) glukan içeren sulu glukan solüsyonu 800
DPW ile ayrica kütlesel yüzdesi %4,5 NaOH olan %7,5'luk CSZ
(agirlik yüzdesi lif olusturan malzemede hesaplanmaktadir) ile
degistirilmektedir.. Bu sekilde üretilen Viskozlar kütlesel
yüzdesi %9 olan lif olusturan malzeme, kütlesel yüzdesi %4,5
olan NaOH ve kütlesel yüzdesi %O,57 olan sülfür içermektedir.
Solüsyon iplik egirme düzesi ile 100 g/l sülfürik asit, 330
g/l sodyum sülfat ve 35 g/l çinko sülfat içeren bir
rejenerasyon banyosunda egrilmektedir. Iplik egirme düzesinin
50p,m çapli 1053 deligi vardir. Viskoz egirme solüsyonlarina
kütlesel yüzdesi %2,5 olan azot içeren yardimci madde (Leomin
AC80) eklenmektedir. Uygun lif dayanimi saglamak için germe
(92 C, 15 g/l H2SO4) yakl. %75'lik ikili banyoda
yapilmaktadir. Çekme hizi 30 m/dak'dir. Içerdigi liflerin
özellikleri tablo l'de gösterilmektedir:
Örnek 2: %11 d(l->3) glukan içeren sulu glukan solüsyonu 1000
DPW ile ayrica kütlesel yüzdesi %4,8 NaOH olan %15'lik CSZ
(agirlik yüzdesi lif olusturan malzemede hesaplanmaktadir) ile
degistirilmektedir. Bu sekilde üretilen Viskozlar kütlesel
yüzdesi %lO,8 olan lif olusturan malzeme, kütlesel yüzdesi
içermektedir. Solüsyon iplik egirme düzesi ile 100 g/l
sülfürik asit, 330 g/l sodyum sülfat ve 45 g/l çinko sülfat
içeren bir rejenerasyon banyosunda egrilmektedir. Iplik egirme
düzesinin 50p,m çapli 1053 deligi vardir. Viskoz egirme
solüsyonlarina kütlesel yüzdesi %3 olan azot içeren yardimci
madde eklenmektedir. Uygun lif dayanimi saglamak. için germe
yapilmaktadir. Çekme hizi 25 m/dak'dir. Içerdigi liflerin
özellikleri tablo 1'de gösterilmektedir:
Örnek 3: %12,5 d(1->3) glukan içeren sulu glukan solüsyonu 800
DPW ile ayrica kütlesel yüzdesi %4,4 NaOH olan %12'lik. CSZ
(agirlik yüzdesi lif olusturan malzemede hesaplanmaktadir) ile
degistirilmektedir.. Bu sekilde üretilen Viskozlar kütlesel
yüzdesi %12,3 olan lif olusturan malzeme, kütlesel yüzdesi
içermektedir. Solüsyon iplik egirme düzesi ile 90 g/l sülfürik
asit, 330 g/l sodyum sülfat ve 45 g/l çinko sülfat içeren bir
rejenerasyon banyosunda egrilmektedir. Iplik egirme düzesinin
50p,m çapli 1053 deligi vardir. Viskoz egirme solüsyonlarina
dayanimi saglamak için germe (92°C, 15 g/l HZSO4) yakl.
Claims (10)
- .Lif olusturan maddesi d(1->3) glukan olan bir polisakkarit lifin üretilmesine yönelik yöntem olup, özelligi; yöntemin modifiye edilmis bir Viskoz yöntemi olmasi; dahasi lif olusturan maddeye iliskin kütlesel yüzdesi maksimum %30 olan
- CSz kullanilmasi ile karakterize edilmektedir.
- .Istem l'e göre yöntem olup, özelligi; d(1->3) glukanin en az birimlerin en az %50'sinin d(l->3) glikosidik baglarla birlestirilmesidir. .Önceki istemlerden birine göre yöntem olup, özelligi; liflerin sentetik lif veya kesintisiz cam lifi olmasidir. .Önceki istemlerden birine göre yöntem olup, özelligi; tercihen lif olusturan maddeye kiyasla kütlesel yüzdesi kütlesel yüzdesi %15'ten az olan C82 kullanilmasidir.
- .Modifiye viskoz yöntemine yöntemine göre üretilen polisakkarit lif olup, özelligi; lif olusturan maddenin d(l- >3) glukan olmasi; dahasi modifiye Viskoz yönteminde lif olusturan maddeye kiyasla kütlesel yüzdesi maksimum %30 olan
- CSz kullanilmasi ile karakterize edilmektedir.

- .Istem 5'e göre liflerin keçe maddelerin, hijyenik ürünlerin özellikle tampon, kadin pedi ve bebek bezi ve diger emici dokunmamis ürünlerin ve kagitlarin üretilmesine yönelik kullanilmasidir.
- 10. Istem 8 veya 9'a göre kullanim olup, özelligi; lifin sentetik lif veya kesintisiz cam lifi olmasidir.
