Buluş, tünel biçiminde yapılan, işlenen parçalar için bir yuva alanı içeren ve işlenen parçaların giriş-çıkışı için deliğe (213) sahip olan, bir tabana (41) ve bir tavana (6) sahip iç alanı içeren bir işlem odasına sahip olan, delik (213) ile işlenen parça yuva alanı arasında bir akışkan akım perdesinin oluşturulması için en az bir enjektör (17) veya blendaja sahip olan, gaz formundaki akışkanın iç alana (39) verilmesi için bir düzeneğe ve akışkan akım perdesinin bir delikten (213) gelen tarafında yuva alanına temiz havanın iletilmesini sağlayan, temiz havanın iletilmesi için bir düzeneğe sahip bir sistemle ilgilidir. Buluşa göre sistem iç alanda (39) çıkıntı yapan hareketli bir iletken kontura (207) sahiptir, gaz formundaki akışkanın tavan (6) üzerinden tabanda (41) eğik akım yönünde iç alana (39) verilmesini sağlayan en az bir enjektör memesi (17) veya blendaj oluk biçimine sahiptir ve en az bir enjektör memesi (17, 19) üzerinden iç alana giden gaz formundaki akışkan iletken kontura (606) verilir.
