Abstract

Mevcut bulus %77-99 agirliktaki metallosen polietilen, %5-18 agirliktaki bir alev söndürücü, %3-8 agirliktaki bir hücre stabilizatörü ve %0-5 agirliktaki diger olagan köpük katki maddeleri içeren bir köpük bilesiminin fiziksel bir sisirici kullanilarak haddelenmesiyle yapilmis bir polyolefin termal izolasyon köpügünden olusan bir boru izolasyonu ile ilgilidir. Bulus ayrica fiziksel olarak köpüklü polyolefin termal izolasyon köpügü hazirlama metodu ve bu sekilde hazirlanan köpük ile ilgilidir. Köpük oldukça esnektir ve bunun sonucunda boru izolasyonu, ince ve/veya bükülen borularda bile, parçali havalandirma, bölgesel isitma, günes enerjisi kullanimi ve isleme sanayide kullanilan borularin termal izolasyonu için özellikle uygundur. Boru izolasyonunun geri dönüsümü saglanabilir.
