Abstract

Suni gübre peletlerinin matrisleri içerisine dogrudan üre ilave edilmesi için suni gübre taneleme yöntemi. Proses, matris içerisine ürenin sivi halde verilmesi ve sonrasinda pelet matrisi içerisinde ürenin yeniden kristallesmesi için pelet ve üre karisiminin sürekli suretle sogutulmasi adimlarini kapsamaktadir. Sonuçta elde edilenler, islem öncesi sertlige kiyasla oldukça yüksek oranda sert tanecikler, daha uzun süreli peletlerin elde edilmesi için daha düsük çözünürlük ve olusturulan peletlerin kullanimina iliskin daha az miktarda toz ve diger sorunlardir.
