Abstract

"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA GRANULAçãO DE SEDIMENTOS". A invenção se refere a um processo para granulação de sedimentos e opcionalmente material de conformação em pó, onde o material a ser granulado é misturado com sólidos hidratáveis ou hidraulicamente ajustáveis e água, os sólidos reagindo exotermicamente com água e atuando como ligante na mistura, onde os sólidos são deixados hidratar ou ajustar completa ou parcialmente e onde a mistura contendo os sólidos completa ou parcialmente hidratados ou ajustados é conformada em grânulos, onde os sólidos e, caso desejado, os materiais de conformação em pó a serem granulados são umectados ou umedecidos com água e, subsequente, opcional e/ou essencialmente na mesma hora em que os sólidos são misturados com o material a ser granulado. A invenção também se refere a um aparelho para realizar o processo.
