Abstract
Bulus, bir 5-HT geri alim inhibitörü olan birinci bilesen (a) ve formül (I)'e sahip olan; ki bu formülde X CH2,O'dir, Y CONH,NHCO,R1,C1-C6 alkil, C3-C6sikloalkil, R2, H, C1-C6alkil, C1-C6alkoksi, halojen, R3 (1), (2), (3), (4), (5); R4 ve R5 birbirinden bagimsiz bir biçimde H ya da C1-C4alkil olup, rasemat R-enantiyomeri veya S-enantiyomeridir, seçici bir 5-HT1B reseptör antagonisti olan ikinci bilesenin (b) bir bilesimi ile ilgilidir ve sözü edilen bilesenler (a) ve (b)'nin serbest bazlari, solvatlari veya farmasötik olarak kabul edilebilir (ilaç sanayiinde kullanima uygun) tuzlari seklinde olup, bunlarin hazirlanmalari, sözü edilen bilesimi içeren farmasötik formülasyonlar, sözü edilen bilesimi içeren bir kitin yani sira, sözü edilen bilesim ile depresyon, anksiyete ve OCD gibi duygusal bozukluklarin tedavisinin yöntemi ve kullanimi ile ilgilidir.
