Abstract

Bu bulusta söz konusu olan özellikle daire testere, ayirma diski,serit testere, yani sira kesme ve kazima düzenekleri için ana biçak imalatinda kullanilan temel malzemedir.Bu temel malzeme iki örtme yüzeyi (2), iki ön kenar yüzeyi (3) ve iki uzun kenar yüzeyinden (4) olusan üst yüzeyi (2,3,4) temelinde karbondioksitle zenginlestirilmis çelik bazindan ibarettir. Bu çelik bazi karbondioksit hacim yüzdesi 0,3' den daha az olan bir temel karbon miktarina sahiptir.Çelik bazi bir termo kimyasal islem temelinde en az bir örtme yüzeyinden (2) kalkilarak 0,5 ila 1,1 Ma.-% oraninda karbonla zenginlestirilmis kenar alanlari haizdir.Bu alanlar karbon miktarinin düsmesi halinde karbonla zenginlestirilmemis veya çok az zenginlestirilmis alana (6) geçerler. Temel malzeme köse yüzeylerinde (3,4) karbonla zenginlestirilmis kenar alan (5) ve karbonla zenginlestirilmis kenar alan (5) ve karbonla zenginlestirilmemis alandan (6) olusan bir sandviç yapisina sahiptir.(sekil 1).
