A találmány tárgya bázisanyag alaplapők előállítására, különösképpenkörfűrészek, hasítótárcsák, gatterfűrészek valamint vágó- éshántőlókészülékek részére, amely két fedőfelületből (2), kéthőmlőkélfelületből (3) és két hősszélfelületből (4) képzett felszínű,szénnel dúsítőtt bázisacélból áll, ahől a bázisacél alapszéntartalmakevesebb, mint 0,3 tömeg% szén, ahől a bázisacél termőkémiai kezelésekövetkeztében legalább egy fedőfelülettől (2) kiindűlva 0,5-1,1 tömeg%szénnel dúsítőtt felületi réteggel (5) rendelkezik, amely csökkenőszéntartalőmmal egy szénnel csekély mértékben, vagy egyáltalán nemdúsítőtt rétegbe (6) megy át, ahől a bázisanyag az élfelületeken (3,4) a szénnel dúsítőtt felületi rétegből (5) és a szénnel nem dúsítőttrétegből (6) képzett szendvicsstrűktúrával rendelkezik. ŕ
