Claims (12)

  1. -1 OSNOVNI LIST ZA KROŽNE ŽAGE, LOČILNE KOLUTE, JARMENIKE TER REZALNE IN STRGALNE NAPRAVE PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI 1. Osnovni list za žago, kot je krožna žaga ali jarmenik, ločilni kolut, rezalnik ali strgalnik, kateri je izdelan iz osnovnega materiala, ki ga sestavlja osnovno jeklo, ki je, izhajajoč od njegovih področij zunanje stene obogateno z ogljikom, označen s tem, da ima osnovno jeklo osnovno vsebnost ogljika od 0.1 do 0.26%, in da je osnovno jeklo obogateno z ogljikom tako, da ima najmanj eno področje, ki izhaja iz enega področja zunanje stene, obogateno z 0.6 do 1.1¾ ogljika, in katero s padajočo vsebnostjo ogljika preide v z ogljikom neobogateno področje, s čimer nastane sendvič struktura osnovnega materiala, katero oblikuje najmanj eno z ogljikom obogateno področje in eno z ogljikom neobogateno področje.
  2. 2. Osnovni list po zahtevku 1, označen s tem, da ima osnovno jeklo, ki izhaja iz obeh zunanjih sten, z ogljikom obogatena področja, ki s padajočo vsebnostjo ogljika preidejo v področja, ki z ogljikom niso obogatena.
  3. 3. Osnovni list po zahtevku 1 ali 2, označen s tem, da je osnovno jeklo nelegirano gradbeno jeklo.
  4. 4. Osnovni list po zahtevku 1 ali 2, označen s tem, da je osnovno jeklo nizkolegi rano gradbeno jeklo.
  5. 5. Osnovni list po enem ali več zahtevkih od 1 do 4, označen s tem, da se po kaljenju in popuščanju z ogljikom obogatenega -2- osnovnega jekla oblikujeta skozi njegovo debelino gradient ogljika in gradient trdote.
  6. 6. Osnovni list po enem ali več zahtevkih od 1 do 5, označen s tem, da ima skladno z izbrano globino z ogljikom obogatenega področja po kaljenju in popuščanju z ogljikom obogateno osnovno jeklo najmanj 1/3 debeline osnovnega materiala v bistvu prvotno trdoto osnovnega jekla ali malenkost večjo trdoto, in da ima preostanek debeline osnovnega materiala večjo trdoto.
  7. 7. Osnovni list po enem ali več zahtevkih od 1 do 6, označen s tem, da ima skladno z izbrano globino z ogljikom obogatenega področja po kaljenju in popuščanju z ogljikom obogateno osnovno jeklo 50¾ debeline osnovnega materiala v bistvu prvotno ali malenkost večjo trdoto osnovnega jekla, in da ima približno 50¾ debeline osnovnega materiala večjo trdoto.
  8. 8. Osnovni list po enem ali več zahtevkih od 1 do 7, označen s tem, da po kaljenju in popuščanju z ogljikom obogatenega osnovnega jekla dobi zunanje področje trdoto 58RC, in da ima z ogljikom neobogateno področje trdoto od 32 do 35 RC.
  9. 9. Osnovni list po enem ali več zahtevkih od 1 do 8, označen s tem, da je osnovno jeklo na zunanjih področjih obojestransko, vandar delno obogateno z ogljikom.
  10. 10. Osnovni list po enem ali več zahtevkih od 1 do 8, označen s tem, da se z ogljikom neobogatena področja sestoji jo iz zmesne strukture osnovnega jekla.
  11. 11. Uporaba osnovnega jekla, ki je, izhajajoč iz njegovih 3- področij zunanje stene, obogateno z ogljikom, pri čemer ima osnovno jeklo osnovno vsebnost ogljika od 0.1 do 0.26¾ in je tako obogateno z ogljikom, da ima najmanj eno področje, ki izhaja iz enega področja zunanje stene, obogateno z 0.6 do 1.1¾ ogljika, in katero s padajočo vsebnostjo ogljika preide v z ogljikom neobogateno področje, ter ima tako sendvič strukturo, katero oblikuje najmanj eno z ogljikom obogateno področje in eno z ogljikom neobogateno področje, označena s tem, da se uporablja kot osnovni material za izdelavo osnovnega lista žage, kot je naprimer krožna žaga ali jarmenik, ločilni kolut, rezalnik ali strgalnik.
  12. 12. Uporaba osnovnega jekla po zahtevku 11, označena s tem , da vsebuje eno ali več značilnih lastnosti zahtevkov od 2 do 10.
