Abstract

Az çözünen ve hidrolitik açidan hassas olan malzemeleri aglomere etmeye mahsus yöntemde, az çözünen malzeme tozu, en az bir suda çözülebilir baglayici ile birlikte, serbest düsüs halinde, esas itibariyle sikistirici kuvvet etkisi olmadan, 85 C ile 105 C arasi sicakliklarda bir su buhari atmosferi içinden geçirilir. Bu yöntemde, su buhari atmosferin içindeki ikamet süresi yaklasik olarak 0.5-10 saniyedir. Olusan aglomeratlar bundan sonra serbest düsme halindeyken, primer tanecikler arasindaki temas noktalarinda olusan baglayici sivi köprülerden küçük kati köprüler meydana getirmek üzere kurutulur. Bundan sonra takipeden entegre edilmis bir akiskan yatakli kurutucu içinde, agirlikça % 0.5'den az bir su muhtevasina kadar nihai kurutma yapilir. Bu yöntem, bir su buhari fiskiyeli aglomeratlar içinde, aglomera edilecek toz halindeki karisimdan olusan serbestçe dökülen bir ürün perdesi üzerine, su buhari püskürtme memeleri (5, 6) kullanilarak su buhari püskürtülerek yapilir.
