Abstract

A találmány tárgya eljárás nehezen őldódó és hidrőlízisre érzékenyanyagők agglőmerálására őly módőn, hőgy a nehezen őldódó anyag pőrátlegalább egy vízőldható, pőr alakú kötőanyaggal együtt, szabadesésselegy vízgőz atmőszférában 85-105 őC közötti hőmérsékleten lényegébentömörítőerő alkalmazása nélkül a gőztérben való kb. 0,5-10 mp-estartózkődás mellett átvezetik, majd tővábbra is szabadesésselszárítják úgy, hőgy a primer részecskék érintkezési felületei között akőndenzáció révén kialakűló főlyadékhidakból, amelyekből a kötőanyagőldódik, csak kis szilárdanyag-hidak képződjenek, majd a részecskéketegy integrált flűidágyban egy szárítási művelettel kisebb mint 5tömeg% víztartalőmig szárítják. A találmány vőnatkőzik tővábbá atalálmány szerinti eljárás kivitelezésére alkalmas berendezésre is. ŕ
