Abstract
La présente invention concerne une catégorie d'agonistes du récepteur de mélanocortine MCR4, de formule générale (I), dans laquelle les variables et les substituants sont tels que définis dans le présent mémoire et, en particulier, des composés agonistes de MCR4 sélectifs, leur utilisation en médecine, en particulier dans le traitement d'un dysfonctionnement sexuel et de l'obésité, des intermédiaires utiles dans leur synthèse ainsi que des compositions les contenant.
