1. กรรมวิธีสำหรับเตรียมวัตถุให้ความหวานชนิดแคริโอเจนิคต่ำ ซึ่งประกอบขึ้นเป็นอย่างน้อยด้วยการให้ซูโครสทำปฏิกิริยาใน ที่ ซึ่งมี ฟรัคโทซิล แทรนสเฟอเรส (fructosyl transferase)
2.กรรมวิธีดังในข้อถือสิทธิ 1 ซึ่งฟรัคโทซิล แทรนสเฟอเรส ได้มาจากจีนัส แอสเพอร์จิลสัส (Asprgillus)
3.กรรมวิธีดังในข้อถือสิทธิ 1 ซึ่งฟรัคโทซิล แทรนสเฟอเรส ได้มาจากจีนัส ฟิวซาเรียม (Fusarium)
