Claims (1)

  1. 수크로오스에 프룩토실 트란스페라제를 작용시켜 글루코오스, 프룩토오스, 수크로오스 및 수크로오스에 1-4분자의 프룩토오스를 결합한 올리고당등 당류를 함유한 당액을 얻은 다음 이 당액의 pH를 7-9로 조절하여 이 당액을 접촉환원시킴을 특징으로 하는 소르비톨과 만니톨을 함유한 감미료의 제조법.
