Claims (4)
- α-글루코시다아제의 존재하에 글루코오스를 당알코올과 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 당화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 당화합물이 α-D-글루코로피라노실 당알코올인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 당알코올로서는 소르비톨, 만니톨, 에리트리톨, 크실리톨 또는 이노시톨이 사용되고 이에 대응하여 각각 α-D-글루코피라노실-1,6-소르비톨, α-D-글루코피라노실-1,6-만니톨, α-D-글루코피라노실에리트리톨, α-D-글루코피라노실크리실톨 또는, α-D-글루코피라노실이노시톨이 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, α-글루코시다아제가 스트렙토마이세스, 삭카로마이세스 또는 바실루스 속에 속하는 미생물에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
