Claims (2)
- 아스파르탐 및 일반식 Gal-(Gal)n-Glc (식중, Gal은 갈락토오즈잔기, Glc은 글루코오즈 잔기, n은 1 내지 4의 정수를 나타낸다)로 표시되는 갈락토올리고당을 1 : 17 내지 1 : 200의 중량비로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 복합 감미료.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 아스파르탐 및 갈락토올리고당 외에도 글루코오즈 및/또는 갈락토오즈를 더 함유함을 특징으로 하는 복합 감리료.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
