Claims (1)
- 대두올리고당 혼합물에 베타-프럭토푸라노시다제를 첨가하여 설탕만을 가수분해시킴으로써 설탕의 함량을 감소시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 대두올리고당의 개량법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
