Claims (2)
- 한천, 가라기난, 젤라친, 펙틴잔껌으로 주성되는 그룹에서 하나 또는 둘을 선택하여 가열 용해한 용액과 설탕, 물엿, 과당을 103-115℃로 농축하여 제조한 용액을 혼합한 다음 이를 쌀가루, 밀가루 찹쌀가루, 전분등의 그룹에서 하나 또는 둘을 선택하여 혼합 믹싱하여 제조하는 인절미의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 인절미 제조방법에 있어서 인절미의 외면에 쵸코렛 또는 젤리를 코팅 하거나 또는 코팅하지않는 것에 1-1.5m/m의 과립 제조 방치로 제조된 쵸코렛 과립을 코팅하여서 되는 인절미의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
