Description
0,0001-0,1% этих соединений, как правило в форме их солей, с добавлением или без добавлени других добавок, таких как витамины, аминокислоты, холинхлорид, минеральные кислоты или соли органических кислот, микроэлеметы и другие биологически активные вещества.
Пример, 10 г резорцин-н пропилового эфира и раствор 10 г бензилцианида в 50 мл осушенного .эфира в присутствии 2 г порошкообразного хлорида цинка насыщают при сол ной кислотой. Из выпадающего в осадок масла отдел ют эфир, масло нагревают с водой в течение 2 часов до кипени . После охлаждени продукт экстрагируют эфиром, эфир отгон ют и после перекристаллизации остатка из метанола получают 2-гидроокси-4-н-пропилоксифенилбензилкетон;т ,пл. 6062°С . Выход 68,5%. Из маточного раствора выдел ют 4-гидроокси-2-н-пропилоксифенилбензилкетон .
Аналогичным образом получают 2-окси-4-н-бут локсифенилбензилкетон; т.пл. IVl-lTS C; и 4-окси-2-н-бутилоксифенилбензилкетон (масло), .производное которого с 2,4-динитрофенилгидразоном имеет т.пл. 189-192
