Description

(54) ВУЛКАНИЗУЕМАЯ РЕЗИНОВАЯ СМЕСЬ НА ОСНОВЕ КАРБОЦЕПНОГО КАУЧУКА
Изобретение относитс  к резиновой промышленности. Известна резинова  смесь на основе карбоцепного каучука, включаю ща  N-меламин формулы ,ox ., г гдеХ-Н, низший Cj-Cg-алкил; В , В, Bj, Bj и Bjj - Н, низши Ci-Cj-алкил, и адгезионную добавку, например резотропин 1. Однако резины.из такой смеси хот  и имеют необходимые адгезион свойства (к корду), например до 30 кгс/см, но обладают значительно токсичностью из-за использовани  резотропина. Цель изобретени  состоит в снижении токсичности резины из такой смеси при сохранении повышенной адгезии резины к корду. Поставленна  це.пъ достигаетс  т что вулканизуема  резинова  смесь . на основе карбоцепного каучука, вк чающа  N-меламин указанной выше формулы, в качестве адгезионной добавки содержит соединение, выбранное из группы 1, l-метиленбис- (2-нафтол) ,2,2-метиленбис (1-нафтол); смесь 1 1-метиленбис (2-нафтола) и 2,2-метиленбис (1-нафтола) ; 1, l-тиобис (2-нафтол ), 2,2-тиобис(1-нафтол); смесь 1, l-туобис(2-нафтола) и 2,2-тиобис ( 1-нафтола) ; 4, 4-метиленбиа (1-нафтол) 4 , 4-тиобис (1-нафтола) , при соотношении компонентов,вес.ч.: Карбоцепной каучук100 N-Меламин указанной формулы1-10 Адгезионна  добавка . 0,5-8. Изготовление смеси и вулканизата из нее состоит в следующем: каучук, газовую сажу, окись цинка, целевые добавки и соединение биснафтола смешивают в смесителе Бэнбера при температуре . Образовавшуюс  маточную смесь смешивают на стандартных резиновых вальцах с серой, ускорител ми, окисью кремни  и Nметиламином , содержащим у к-атома замещенную оксиметильную группу. Способную к вулканизации см муют , привод т в контакт с ющим материалом, т.е. с тек волокном или стальной прово и вулканизуют. Возможен вариант обработ латексом бутадиен-стирольно ( SBR) или бутадиен-винилпир. каучука- или их смесью, сод соединение биснафтола и N-м имеющий у N-атома замещенну тильную группу (пропитанный привод т в контакт с резино и вулканизуют). Пример. Получают сл маточные смеси, содержащие каучука. В табл.1 приведена рецеп точных смесей. Табл Натуральный каучук (SMR-5L) 52 52 52 18 18 Полибутадиен SBR 1500 (бутадиенстирольный каучук) 30 Газова  сажа Окись цинка Стеаринова  кислота 2 Цианфлекс Е Sff 2 Резорц(н2 1, l-метиленбис (2-нафтол) 1,1- иобис (2-н4фтол) 151 151 15
продукт взаимодействи  дифениламина и ацетона.
Эти маточные смеси на стандартных резиновых вальцах при в течение 5 мин, соедин ют с компонентами, указанными в табл.2.
