Claims (8)

  1. 통상적인 보조 물질 이외에, 각각의 경우에 방향족 비닐 성분을 함유하는 공액 디엔으로 이루어지고 용액 중합 공정에 의해 제조되며 스티렌 함량이 10 내지 40%이고 비닐 함량이 20 내지 80%, 바람직하게는 40 내지 60%이며 유리 전이 온도가 0 내지 -60℃인, 포함된 공중합체 또는 이들 공중합체와 다른 디엔 고무(단, 디엔고무의 비율은 블렌드의 60 내지 100부이다)와의 블렌드 100부를 기준으로 하여 칩강 실리카(a) 10내지 100부 고무 카본 블랙(b) 8내지 100부 및 실리카 100부를 기준으로 하여, 화학식(1)의 유기 실란 화합물 1 내지 20부, 바람직하게는 5 내지 10부를 포함하는, 황으로 가황시킬 수 있는 고무 혼합물.

    상기 화학식(1)에서, R은 탄소수 1 내지 8, 바람직하게는 1 내지 4의 측쇄 또는 비측쇄 알킬이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 디엔 고무로서 폴리이소프렌, 천연 고무 및/또는 1,4 시스 결합의 비율이 90% 미만인 폴리부타디엔을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 고무 혼합물.
  3. 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서, 비표면적이 100 내지 250m2/g이고 CTAB 표면적이 100 내지 250m2/g이며 DBP 수가 150 내지 300㎖/100g인 실리카를 중합체 100부를 기준으로 하여 10 내지 100부, 바람직하게 40 내지 80부의 양으로 분말로서 또는 분진이 적은 형태로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 고무 혼합물.
  4. 제1항에 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 고무 혼합물에 혼합되기 전에 화학식(1)의 유기 실란과 혼합되거나 반응하는 실리카를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 고무 혼합물.
  5. 제1항에 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기 실란(화학식(1))과 카본 블랙을 포함하는, 임의로 과립 형태인 혼합물을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 고무 혼합물.
  6. 임의로 존재하는 고무 성분, 유기 실란 화합물, 실리카 및 카본 블랙 뿐만 아니라 임의의 가소제를 혼련기, 임의로 반베리 밀폐 혼합기(Banbury closed mixer)에서 3 내지 10분 동안 120 내지 200℃의 온도에서 혼련시킨 후 촉진제와 황과 같은 가황제 또는 또 다른 가황 보조제를 가하고, 적합한 온도에서 추가로 5 내지 30분 동안 반베리 밀폐 혼합기 또는 혼합 롤에서 계속 혼합시킨 다음, 고무 혼합물을 고무 시이트로서 또는 스티립 형태로 연신시킴을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 고무 혼합물의 제조 방법.
  7. 성형품과 마모도가 낮은 타이어의 구조 부재를 제조하기 위한, 제1항 내지 제5항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 고무 혼합물의 용도.
  8. 통상적인 보조 물질 이외에, 각각의 경우에 방향족 비닐 성분을 함유하는 공액 디엔으로 이루어지고 용액 중합 공정에 의해 제조되며 스티렌 함량이 10 내지 40%이고 비닐 함량이 20 내지 80%, 바람직하게는 40 내지 60%이며 유리 전이 온도가 0 내지 -60℃인, 포함된 공중합체 또는 이들 공중합체와 다른 디엔 고무(단, 디엔 고무의 비율은 블렌드의 60내지 100부이다)와의 블렌드(c) 100부를 기준으로 하여 침강 실리카(a) 10 내지 100부와 고무 카본 블랙 (b) 0 내지 100부를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 제7항에 따르는 성형품 및 마모도가 낮은 타이어용 구조 부재.
