(54) СПОСОБ ПОЛУЧЕНИЯ 9-(р-ДАУНОСАМИНИЛ)АДЕНИНА
фторацетил)-р - дауносаминил - бензоиладенина; т. пл. 143- 145°С.
Выход продзкта 31%.
ЯМР (GDCls) 1,336 (d, ,5 Гц, СН-С(5), 5,946 (rfuf, Гц, /ас- 2 Гц, С(Г) Н 7,30-8,106 (т, CsHs), 8,30 и 8,766 (два 6, С(2)Н и С(8)Н масс-спектр т/е 464 (М+).
0,38 г полученного соединени раствор ют в 25 мл метилового спирта и приготовленный раствор при температуре 0°С насыщают аммиаком в стекл нной колбе с круглым дном. Колбу закрывают и выдерживают в течение 1 недели нри комнатной температуре . Затем раствор упаривают в вакууме до начала кристаллизации, после чего массу выдерживают в течение ночи в холодильнике . После кристаллизации из изопропилового спирта получают 0,2 г чистого 9-(р-дауносаминил)-аденина; т. пл. 243- 246°С (,24 г метиловом спирте).
Выход 92,5%.
ЯМР (DMSO-dg) 1,105 (d, ,5 Гц, СНз-С(50, 3,726 (dg, ,5 г; /-1 Гц, С(5)Н), 5,666 (d, d С(1)Н, ,5 Гц, /ас-3 Гц), 8,15 и 8,28 6 (два 6, С(2)Н и С(8)Н).
