Description

(54) ГАЗОПОГЛОЩАЮЩИЙ МАТЕРИАЛ
соотношение размеров порошков циркони  и цирконийалюминиевого сплава таково, чтобы первые были в несколько раз меньше.
Пример. Тш,ательно перемешанные порошки циркони  и цирконийалюмипиеБОго сплава, имеюш,его 16 вес. % алюмини , при весовом соотношении циркони  к сплаву 3 : 2 наносились в виде суспензии в спирте на держатель и спекали в вакууме ( 10 тор) путем подъема температуры от 900 до 1100°С в течение 25 мин. Изготовленный таким образом газопоглотитель помеш;али в вакуумный прибор и после откачки (с прогревом под печью при ) активировали высокочастотным нагревом при 900°С в течение 10 мин.
Такой газопоглотитель, работа  в приборе при 400°С, обеспечивает скорость сорбции СО в несколько раз большую, чем известные газопоглотители.
