Description

(54) СПОСОБ ПОЛУЧЕНИЯ ТИЕНО-{2,3-С)-ПИРИДИНА
Изобретение относитс  к улучшенно му способу получени  тиено-(2,3-с)-пиридина , который находит применение 8 химической области промыш1енности и фармакологии. Известен способ получени  тиено- (2,3-е)пиридина, исход  из тиофен 2-карбоксальдегида , конденсацией его с нитрсадетаном, с последующим восстаиовлеиием полученного нитройроизвод ного в 2-г1МИиозтилтиофен литийалюмиииКгидридс и циклизацией в тетрагид ротиеиопирид ин с помощью формальдегида и СОЛЯНОЙ кислоты. Тетрагидротиеиопиридии окисл ют в тиенопиридин с помощью гекгацианоферроата кали . Общий выход целевого продукта кали  l . Цель изобретени  - увеличение выхода целевого продукта.. Достигаетс  это предлагаемым Способом получени  ,тивно-(2,3-с)-пириди иа СО по которому N -(-тиенил-2)-метил- N (OR)i -2, 2j -этил-П -толуолсульфонамиД общей формулы% CKi-W-SOjQ{ (OR)j где К - низша  алкильна  группа, обрабатывают кислотой в среде 1инерткого органического растворител . В качестве кислоты лучше использовать сильную неорганическую кислоту, например сол ную, серную или бромистоводородную . В качестве инертного органического растворител  лучше использовать диок сан, этанол, изопропанол, бутанол и процесс лучше проводить при температуре отклон ющейс  от температуры кипени  смеси в пределах . Выход целевого продукта . Пример. Получение тиено-(2,3-с )-п ридина. А. Из хлорметил-2-тиофена. В течение 12 ч подогревают с флегмой смесь 20 г (0,15 моль) хлорметил-2-тиофвиа , 37 г (О,143 моль) сульфочАм1еда- , 3 а, 40 г безводного карбоната
