Description

FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to high iron glasses used as a lining and chemically resistant material.

High-iron glasses containing SiOz, AO3, ReaO3, FeO, CaO, MgO, CgO are known. However, the known glass is characterized by insufficient chemical resistance, limiting its use.

The purpose of the invention is to increase chemical resistance and reduce the coefficient of thermal expansion of high-iron glasses.

%: SiOs54-60This is achieved in that the glass contains components in the following amounts, weight. %: SiOs54-60

In order to obtain glass of this composition, a charge consisting of 100 wt. including slag nickel production, 20-40 weight. including quartz sand and 6-7 wt. including sodium sulfate. Glass melting is carried out at 1400-1420 ° C, products are molded at 1250-1300 ° C and annealed at 600 ° C.

The resulting glass has the following properties: Chemical resistance against:

м термического расширени .The most significant positive signs of the proposed glass are compared with the known ones: this glass reacts in a practical way with sulfuric acid and has a high alkali resistance and at the same time a low coefficient of thermal expansion.

1.Specific formulations of glasses (wt.%) Lryvedeps in table. one.

2.The properties of the compositions are given in table. 2

The offered glass can be used as a chemically resistant facing material, as well as a high-quality pannolnik acid-resistant putties.
