Description
кислота, окись марганца .This invention relates to formulations of glass-clad glass, which is used predominantly for the manufacture of various lighting products. Fl glass is known, containing the following components, wt.%: Si 0.160-75 Ae O-0-5 0.2-1.8 This glass is characterized by low translucency, increased tendency to crystallization in the temperature range of 750-1100 s, coinciding with production temperature, which allows it to be used in mechanized production on an Air Force machine. Closest to the proposed composition of glass 2, containing, weight Si Pa.60-75 0.5-5 MdO 2-5 CaO3-10 .10-15 Ba-Oe2-5, 5-10, 2-2, 3-3 The disadvantage of this composition is a high crystallization capacity at temperatures of production. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the crystallization ability in the generation temperature integral. It is achieved by the fact that glass, including SiO ,,, CaO, MgO,,, Var, manganese oxide, contains manganese oxide in the following ratio of components,. Weight.%: SiOa72-75 A € aO 1,3-5 CaO6 , 5-8 IdO2-4 NaaO 13-15 K O1-2.5 Bz.0-0.5-1.3 0.01-1, with the ratio of Ma 04K20 to 12:35. The raw materials for glass melting are: sand, alumina, chalk, magnesia, dolomite, soda, potash, boric acid, manganese oxide.
In tab. 1 shows the compositions of glasses and their properties.
In tab. 2 shows the crystallization temperature of the glasses proposed and known compositions.
Glass can be widely used for the manufacture of various types of lighting products by hand and mechanized methods. Improving lighting properties expands the range of products.
