Дл получени стекол используют следующие сырьевые материалы: элек- тротермофосфорный шлак и фосфоритовую мелочь - отходы фосфорного производства , местный кварцевый песок, стеклобой, соду, сульфат натрий и красители. Варку стекла осуществл ют в электрических и ванных печах при 1400-1420°С с выдержкой 1 ч. Красители ввод т непосредственно в шихту или перед выработкой. Выработку стекломассы производ т методом прессова ни и на воду (гранул ци ). Температура выработки 1220-1240°С. Получен- ные плиты отжигают в муфельных печах при 600-120 С.
