Изобретение относитс к стекольной промышленности и предназначено дл использовани в качестве облицовочного и химически устойчивого материала .The invention relates to the glass industry and is intended for use as a facing and chemically resistant material.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the chemical resistance of glass.
1.The synthesis of glasses is carried out from the waste of the chemical industry: phosphogypsum, tailings of a copper-processing plant. The content of fbsfohypsum in the charge is 30-70%, the tail of the copper-dressing plant is 30-70%, the chemical composition of the waste is given in Table. one.
Glass is obtained as follows.
The dried components of the mixture are crushed, thoroughly mixed for 20 minutes in porcelain cups. Then, the mixture is fed to a glass furnace, the glass is produced in a sieve laboratory electric furnace.
2.heaters in fireclay and corundum crucibles with a capacity of 200 ml at 1400-1450 ° C for 1 hour. The finished glass melt is cast onto a metal plate. The glass is annealed at 500-550 ° C. The compositions of the glasses are given in table 2.
3.The properties of the glasses are given in table 3.
3, предлагаемые стекла обладают повышенной химической устойчивостью к щелочи и к кислоте .As can be seen from the table. 3, the proposed glass has a high chemical resistance to alkali and acid.
