Description
Известно стекло, включающеебЮ, ,А,0,, TiOj.-R.O I . The invention relates to the field of production; Water glass and can be used to solder glass with aluminum. Known glass, including,, A, 0 ,, TiOj.-R.O I. The disadvantage of it is not sufficiently high adhesion to aluminum and rather high melting point. Closest to the invention in technical essence and the achieved result is glass, including S 0, b, 0,,. ZYiO, PYO. -R-jOlS. The disadvantage of this glass is the low thermal expansion coefficient, which does not allow to obtain sealed joints with aluminum. The aim of the invention is to increase the thermal expansion coefficient of glass. The goal is achieved by the fact that glass including О ,, i3.jpj ,,,, М60, ZtiO, РЬО, WOjO, KjO (LijO, additionally contains Р-О, with the following ratio of ingredients, wt.%: S 02l-30; B20 5-28, Ae; 20z1a-25, 5-2; ZnO 0.5-4; PHO 0.5-18.0; Noi2010-25; KjO 0.5-10; L; O 1-15; p205 o, 5-7 o. The following raw materials can be used: quartz sand, boric acid, alumina, magnesium carbonate, zinc oxide, lead oxide, soda, potash, lithium carbonate, borax. Specific glass compositions are presented in the table. These glasses have the following physical and chemical properties: IIISh 1.K.TP.R., 1 / deg-10 160 150 14O 2.Him resistant with respect to cold water,% 98.5 99.5 98.5 3.
