Claims (3)

1. Способ получени  тонкодисперсных окислов металлов и кремни  путем парофазного гидролитического преобразовани  их галогенидов в пламени, образованном при сжигании водородсодержащих газов в кислороде, например в кислороде воздуха, с созданием вокруг пламени газовой оболочки, содержащей водород и вещество, подавл ющее образование свободных галогенов, отличающ и и с   тем, что, е целью упрощени  процесса, В качестве вещества, родавл ющего образование галогенов, используют пары воды.
2.Способ по п. 1, отличающийс  тем, что пары воды подают дополнительно вокруг пламени.
3.Способ по п. 1, отличающийс  тем, что пары воды получают непосредственно в реакционной зоне путем сжигани  дополнительного количества водорода со вторичным воздухом.
