Известен нерасходуемый охлаждаемый металлический электрод дл  ведени  электрошлакового процесса, в котором дл  защиты от электрохимического разрушени  части электрода , погруженной в шлаковый расплав, в ней выполнены отверсти  дл  подачи защитного газа в шлаковый расплав под электрод. Однако такие электроды очень часто подвергаютс  в отдельных местах электрохимическому разрушению в св зи с непосто нным и неравномерным созданием газовой оболочки вокруг всей поверхности части электрода,, наход щейс  в шлаковом расплаве. Дл  равномерного омывани  газовыми потоками всей погруженной в расплав части электрода предлагаетс  на его нижней торцовой поверхности выполн ть радиальные направл ющие каналы. На чертеже показан предлагаемый электрод . В электроде на нижней торцовой поверхности 1 имеютс  каналы 2, служащие дл  направлени  потока газовых пузырьков 3, выход щих из отверстий 4 в торце электрода. Кроме того, поверхность погру)кенной в шлаковый расплав части электрода выполнена криволинейной . Наиболее доступным и дешевым газом дл  создани  защитной оболочки  вл етс  аргон. Предлагаемый электрод прост в изготовлении . Испытани  указанного нерасходуемого металлического водоохлаждаемого электрода показывают его высокую надежность и долговечность . Формула изобретени  Нерасходуемый охлаждаемый металлический электрод, выполненный с отверсти ми Б нижней части, погруженной в расплав,-отличающийс  тем, что, с це.-ью равномерного омывани  газовыми потоками всей погруженной в расплав части электрода, на нижней торцовой поверхности электрода выполнены радиальные, направл ющие каналы.The invention relates to special electrometallurgy. The proposed electrode is easy to manufacture. The tests of this non-consumable metal water-cooled electrode show its high reliability and durability.
