Abstract
The invention relates to the production of refractory materials and can be used for the manufacture of steel-sparing products, such as nesting and ladle bricks, glasses, etc. The purpose of the invention is to reduce porosity, increase refractoriness and density. The mixture for the manufacture of refractories includes, in wt.%: Alumina 2.8 - 30.0; clay 14 - 20; titanium dioxide 0.07 - 0.7; pyrolusite 0.13-1.3; chamotte rest. Refractory products have an open porosity of 13.4 - 14.8%, compressive strength of 62 - 70 MPa, heat resistance of 8–9 water heat cycles (20 - 1200 ° C). fire resistance 1750 ° C. 2 tab.
Description
The invention relates to the production of refractory materials and can be used for the manufacture of steel-making products (nest and bucket bricks, glasses, etc.).
The purpose of the invention is to reduce porosity, increase refractoriness and density.
1:3.Example. The preparation of the ground component of the proposed mixture is carried out in a vibrating mill by jointly grinding the components of the additive (pyrolusite and titanium dioxide), alumina of the charge and part of chamotte for 3 hours at a material: ball ratio of 1: 3.
Components of the additive-and alumina mixture should be in the ratio, wt.%:
93,5 - 94,5 °Alumina 93.5 - 94.5 °
1,0 - 3,0Titanium dioxide 1.0 - 3.0
The preparation of the proposed mixture is carried out in a mixer. The chamotte fractions of 3-0.01 mm are first poured in, moistened with a slip of 1.15 kg / m.10 with the addition of LST and mixed for 2 minutes.
Then, pour the vibrommel mixture into the mixture and mix thoroughly for 4 minutes. The last of the components of the mixture is clay and again everything is thoroughly mixed for 7 minutes.
1410 - 1450°.The products are molded at a pressure of 70 MPa, dried to a moisture content of 0.5% and then calcined with a 3-hour holding at 1410 - 1450 °.
2.The composition of the mixture and the properties of the samples are presented in table 1 and 2.
Из табл.1 и 2 следует, что предлагаема шихта по сравнении с известной обладает низкой пористостью (на 3 - 4%) и высокой огнеупорностью (на 50 - 150°С).From Tables 1 and 2 it follows that the proposed charge, as compared with the known, has a low porosity (3–4%) and high refractoriness (50–150 ° C).
