Abstract

Description

The invention relates to medicine, in particular to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used to treat patients with damage to the deltoid ligament of the ankle joint.

The purpose of the invention is to provide the function of the ankle with altered deltoid linkage.

The method of plasty of the deltoid ankle joint is carried out as follows.

A bone-tendon block is formed from the patella, the patella joint, and the tibial tuberosity with a cross-sectional area equal to the total cross-sectional area of the deltoid ligament portions. The tendon part of the bone-tendon block and its bone fragment taken from the patella are divided longitudinally into three parts, respectively, the parts of the deltoid ligament.

An arcuate incision from the inner ankle to the navicular bone exposes the damaged deltoid ligament. At the base of the inner ankle, a drill forms a niche with a depth of 1.5 cm and a diameter corresponding to the diameter of the undivided bone fragment.
